We hired 3 Sons Construction to build a 17 x 21 deck located off of the back of our garage and existing 3 season sun-room. Ty gave us a clear idea of the stages of the construction process and an estimated timeline. The attention to detail was impressive, the team built the deck as if they were building it for themselves. The construction team was great to work with, they were friendly, professional and answered our questions along the way. We are very pleased with the finished product and love the wraparound stairs!

Ty and his team at 3 Sons Construction has recently completed a master bath and living room remodel. They did a wonderful job completing our work with great quality. We met with three sons construction and presented our vision of a speakeasy bar in our lower level of our ranch home. Ty had great ideas to bring our vision to life and worked with us along the way to make adjustments to ensure that the end result was the best reflection of our vision. During this project, we added a remodel of our guest bathroom and two guest bedrooms. Ty is a talented designer along with managing a crew of construction workers, plumbers, electricians, and others who are committed to doing the best job they can and meeting your expectations. Ty and his amazing crew at 3 Sons Construction just recently finished up a kitchen remodel project for our family. Before we started the project, I consulted with 4 different contractors about our project. Ty was the 3rd person I met with, and after meeting with him, I said to my wife, “I don’t know how the 4th person will be, but I have a strong feeling he’s going to be the guy who does our kitchen remodel”. Ty just listened so much better than the other contractors I spoke with. He truly wanted to make our vision become a reality, and he and his team nailed it. Our project included removing a wall separating our living room and kitchen, redoing our entire kitchen layout, new cabinetry, island with a custom built-in bench, appliances, and more custom built-ins as part of converting our pantry to a mud room. It took 8 weeks for the bulk of the work with some finishing touches trailing behind just a bit. Ty communicated so well with us along the way – he explained things, addressed concerns, answered our questions, etc. Ty and his crew were extremely friendly, easy to be around and get along with, and all the subcontractors who he brought in were very friendly and professional as well.  We are in love with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d highly recommend Ty and his crew for any remodeling work.

We’ve had Ty with 3 Sons Construction complete two large remodels for us in the last two years. The most recent one was finishing our basement: two rooms, bathroom, workout room, living space and wet bar/kitchen area. It turned out exactly how I envisioned it. Ty was able to work within our budget, was professional, and all his contractors were so nice and met our standards even as we worked through all the nuances of a pandemic! I love the finished project and couldn’t ask for anything better!

We hired 3 Sons for a full kitchen remodel. We had gotten quotes from about four different places and went with them because Ty impressed us with his prompt communication and dedication to our project. He was also able to work within our budget more than the other places. The entire crew was amazing to work with. They began demo in mid-April and Ty made sure they had the project finished by the end of May for our daughter's graduation party. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel!

Ty and his team were respectful and performed quality work on enclosing our covered deck and removing walls to make the space an addition to our existing living space! We ran into issues with our flooring being shipping / status which caused delay. However, Ty stayed in constant contact, did not dodge calls, and worked closely with us to ultimately finish the project. Ty is very knowledgeable and will give you honest feedback on best course of options. I would recommend and hire them again.

We just completed our unfinished basement with 3 Sons Construction, and we would highly recommend working with Ty and his team! We gained a family room, bedroom, and bathroom, and not to mention, we asked 3 Sons to get creative with a wet bar, double tap kegerator included! We had design inspiration coming in, and we partnered with Ty to make it function for us and the space. The team was very professional from communicating with us to coming in and out of our home without making a mess to becoming friends with our dog. 3 Sons will be getting our business for any future home projects.

Beyond thrilled with my decision to partner with 3sons Construction for my home renovation project. Ty was an absolute pleasure to work with and is great about communicating needs, timelines, and expectations. This team installed a picture window, new front door, new tile in the entryway and half bath, remodeled half bath, removed a banister, installed a new trim box with new stain color, and remodeled full bath upstairs (not pictured), and remodeled the master en-suite bath to incorporate a rainfall showerhead. Highly recommend to all potential customers.

Ty and the people who work for him at 3 Sons are outstanding! We planned out a full remodel of my first floor, and I couldn't be happier with it. There were some things that came up as we went along that required some on-the-fly changes, but he worked with us to make sure we were happy with any changes that needed to be made, and honestly, it probably came out better than as initially planned. To be totally transparent, I had one complaint, which was that the quote we agreed to only accounted for getting builder-grade quartz countertops, and I didn't know we'd have such a limited selection. We ended up opting to go with higher-grade quartz, and that caused a fairly significant increase in the overall budget for the remodel, so some additional communication about what level of things the quote included would have been nice. But I certainly don't think Ty was trying to mislead or lowball in any way! I just didn't fully understand what the quote entailed, so we had to go over-budget to be happy. Still and again, the quality of the work was top-notch, they were always willing to come back out if something got missed and needed to be touched up, and they were not satisfied until we were satisfied. We're already saving up for a remodel of our master bath in 12-18 months, and we'll definitely be calling 3 Sons when we're ready!

We are thrilled with how our basement project turned out! Ty and his team took our unfinished basement from bare concrete to a beautiful new floor of our home. Ty was very easy to work with!
