Eric, Travis and the T&E Team were a real pleasure to work with on our new home at Lake Ponderosa. From the earliest planning phases, through construction and follow-up post-construction, they were honest, thorough and outstanding partners. We love the quality of their construction and craftsmanship and couldn't be happier with the finished product.

We had a wonderful experience working with T & E. From design to the finish Eric, Matt, Travis & team were to work with on the project.

We had T & E do a significant remodel on a Lake Ponderosa house that called for taking out cinder block walls , moving plumbing and two bathrooms and kitchen remodel. Working with the T & E team was a very positive experience. The team had good suggestions, were excellent at communication, and were flexible when we asked for changes. We could not be happier with the quality of finished project.

T&E Construction and their team were outstanding to work with. We have built 5 homes and this was by far the best experience we have had with any builder! Their knowledge, experience, quality, and follow-up are exceptional. We would absolutely recommend T&E to anyone looking for a positive experience building a home or remodeling. T&E had done a lot of work in our neighborhood and all of their work looked great. So when we looked to add a screened in porch we gave them a call. Eric did a nice job talking through the details and the quote. Matt and team executed the build as the plan laid out and the end result has been beautiful. I highly recommend giving them a call.

We were looking to expand an area in our kitchen and knew exactly who to contact. T&E Construction had done other work at our home so they were the only call we made.
Eric came to our home, sat down and talked to us, looked through pictures of what we wanted as a final vision for our kitchen, sketched out ideas and off we went. With a hiccup of supporting columns in our way, a workaround was discussed, engineers brought in before any work was started to ensure the project could be completed so everything would be structurally sound and perfect for the dream we envisioned.
Travis and the crew at T&E are true masters in their trade! All are professionals, quality individuals who we consider a part of our family because of the respect they showed during the build and upbeat, helpful attitude they brought to the house every day.
Matt was in charge of the project, subs, schedule, everything and with an App provided by T&E, I knew what was going to happen every day, which trade was going to be here and when the job would be done. A fantastic tool to have at our disposal. Matt was always easy to reach, quick with a response and on the site each day. He was wonderful to work with.
We are beyond thrilled with the way our kitchen and pantry turned out. We are so proud to tell everyone about T&E Construction when asked who did the work!

T&E Construction did an absolutely fabulous job on our upstairs remodel. They quoted us 6 to 8 weeks for the remodel from start to finish and gave us an extremely detailed schedule of exactly what would happen each day. And every single thing was right on schedule and within budget. The initial estimate they gave us included a price range for very good quality products, which meant while picking out flooring and fixtures we were able to get the products we wanted without seeing an increase to our budget. We plan to remodel our main level in a few years and will definitely be going back to T & E Construction. Thank you Travis and Eric for making our first remodel experience a success!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm not even a customer but I live on the same block an apartment complex is being built on. Portland construction company is the ones working on it and have been for months now. This whole time they have been nothing but rude and unwilling to comply with simple requests. Request like "Hey we have found nails in front of our tires could you guys pick up after yourselves because I won't be paying for a new tire due to your mistakes" what was their response? "Go ahead and try" with as much attitude a blue collar can give. There also been no road closed signs on our street but every day from 7 am to 7pm it's impossible to park in front of our home. My grandparents are disabled with my grandfather being on oxygen 24/7 so getting out of the house is already hard for them but now it's all but impossible. Not only is it hard to park in front of our home because all the construction vehicles taking parking spaces but they also block off all but one exit to our street. Our street isn't very large in width so you couldn't even flip a u turn if you wanted to. These guys are nothing but rude and inconsiderate of others. Let's also not talk about the fact they are blaring music for the whole block to hear at 7am. Again no respect for others. Absolutely disgusting how this company is ran.

He was very nice person. I messaged him about scooping my sidewalks. He messaged right back. No waiting. Came in the same day. Very reasonable on pricing also. I Very highly recommend him.
