We really appreciate 3 Sons Construction. They had finished our basement about a year ago and recently we needed a small fix to one of our doors. Ty was able to help us out promptly!

We reached out to 3 Sons Construction and 2 other companies for a quote on remodeling our kitchen and updating our living room, entryway and hallway. Ty responded right away and provided a quote in a week as promised. We decided to go with 3 Sons and are extremely pleased with our decision! Ty's quick response, design, communication skills and quote set 3 Sons apart from the others. We had been talking about remodeling for several years and had lots of ideas but we didn't know where to start. Ty took our ideas, put together a great design and made it happen. It went from a huge project in our minds to easier decisions of flooring, cabinet colors, countertop, backsplash, etc. It suddenly seemed possible and demo began in a short 8 weeks right on schedule. We had lots of family and friends asking about supply chain delays, but we didn't experience any. The team at 3 Sons did a fabulous job! They were friendly, professional and responsive. When questions or issues came up, Ty made sure there was thorough followup to ensure everything was right. We love our new kitchen and updated livingroom and highly recommend 3 Sons Construction to work for you!

3 Sons recently built a deck for our above ground pool. Tesir and all of his crew were friendly, hard working, and really great to work with. Tesir provided us with his professional opinion and provided us with multiple options to choose from. He and his crew went out of their way to make sure the project was complete by the time that we needed it done and we really appreciated that! They are truly a great company to work with and we look forward to enjoying our pool even more this summer due to their work!

We finished our basement and from the beginning of the process 3 Sons Construction was a step above the competition. We received multiple quotes, however, Ty was able to beat them all. Not only was it a great price, it was an amazing experience with an even better finished product. We love how the basement turned out! We made a few changes along the way and added some additional projects and Ty was able to work that in with minimal addition cost. The flexibility, customer service, and quality of their work is the best we've experienced. If you need some work done on your home look no further. I will recommend them to anyone!

Our bathroom was always a major eyesore to my husband and I. Now it might be my favorite room in the house! From start to finish, 3 Sons was amazing to work with. They were very patient with all the questions I had, and always kept us updated on where they were at with the project. While I know we weren't the only project they had, we always felt like a priority. Ty and his team are so friendly, and the work they do showcases the teams professionalism and skills. Recently had our roof replaced by Three Son's Construction. Ty's communication was fantastic. He gave multiple options to accommodate the best look with our current siding - and the price was a great value for the size of our home. The removal, installation and cleanup was done on time and the crew was very considerate of taking care of things around our property including moving and covering items on our back deck. The roof looks fantastic and we've received multiple compliments from neighbors. We'll be using Three Sons again in the future.

We recently had our basement finished by 3 Sons Construction and are very happy with the end result! All the crews that worked in our home were very professional, friendly, and skilled. There were a few hiccups and miscommunications along the way, but Ty was always very honest and up front about everything, which we greatly appreciated. He was even able to save us some money on drywall, which brought the total cost lower than our original estimate!

My house was in need a new roof. The response time of the estimate and roof replacement was excellent. I even had them replace the gutters at the same time. My wife was impressed with the fact that not one of the plants in the landscape were affected by the work.

3 sons did an excellent job remodeling all our bathrooms, quality work, and professional. Brad and Ollie went above and beyond helping to move out an old fridge. We would recommend their work to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Ty transformed my garage. I asked for insulation, heater, new lighting, a floating bench strong enough for the tough boys, and some other water damage repaired. 1) He made sure the attic and all the walls were insulated correctly. I have saved $40 a month on my electric bill. Ty even went out of his way to let me know what wasn't properly done. 2) Repaired and fixed all the water damage. 3) Put in a high grade profession heater and lights. Was HONEST about a price discrepancy from the original quote on the heater. Fairly reduced the price. His electrician who installed the heater was professional and answered all my questions. I can ask LOTS of questions. 4) Sealed up all the cracks between the foundation and wall with trim. Now when I use the leaf blower for the leaves, I don't have dry wall dust and dirt flying everywhere. 5) That bench can hold 400lbs!!! I did pay extra for such a sturdy floating bench. Thats what I wanted. 6) He handled the finishing details of mounting what I needed. 7) He referred me for the apoxy floor. He walked me through the process. OVERALL Ty kept me updated during the whole process. He is honest and fair. If you want quality, Ty is your guy. Check out the before and after pictures it is just amazing.

After having a challenging start to our basement finishing project with another construction company, we reached out to Ty at 3 Sons to see if they could take it over. We couldn't be any happier with the outcome...it is perfect, beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The partnership and communication along the way was fantastic. When we came up against road blocks and challenges, although very few thankfully, we solved them together with open minds and partnered solutions. When undergoing a large project this is what you want in a company...you want to be able to "trust them!"
