Wonderful. Christmas eve our furnace stoped working. We called another place they said the were to busy witch I completely understand. My second call was precision comfort heating and cooling A wonderful person answered and helped us troubleshoot our furnace. turns out or intake was covered in snow. Unbelievably thankful for the help. In the future I will be calling them. Christmas was saved❤

I called this morning because my furnace was acting up. Precision answered the phone and, after asking a couple of questions, walked me through the diagnostic lights and gave me a quick solution over the phone to save me the $$$ of a service call. No better way to get a loyal customer! The solution was quick, easy, and worked like a charm. I will definitely be calling back next time I have an issue! Thank you!!

This is probably one of the most honest and reliable teams I've ever worked with. They keep it simple, don't try to sell you anything you don't need, and they take the time to educate you on everything throughout the entire process. When Schaal quoted us $13k to replace the entire system, Precision walked through and showed us that only the 30 year old AC was in need of attention and came in at a fraction of the cost. I've honestly never met with any HVAC contractor who hasn't tried to up-sell in some fashion until I met Brent.

These guys were recommended to us by both my sister and my parents and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

Bonus points: I'm pretty sure the basement was cleaner after they left and they were extremely flexible and responsive to scheduling.

Bret is very knowledgeable, knows his way around heating and air conditioning systems. He fixed a problem another H/C company could not fix, I won't make that mistake again. The best in Des Moines!

Got a quote from all the big names around town, and decided to go with PC because our guy was the owner/operator and had the best combination of price and warranty. He was very open and honest about all brands. The owner is usually the guy installing/servicing your unit, so I think that makes a major difference. (And he's super nice and professional)

He also later serviced a family member's unit - and they had nothing but the best reviews as well.

Brent was here first thing in the morning and got started right away. He was able to install both heat and air conditioning within hours. The cost was well within reason and the service was fast, professional and personable.

I called because my AC just quit working. They showed up with in 2 hours and repaired it with out any issues. They were extremely nice and professional. Thank goodness because it was seriously 114 degrees outside. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs Service.

Our AC went out late and I was able to get in touch with him in the evening to schedule an appointment first thing the next day. Gave me a short window unlike most places so I didn’t have to wait all day. Even gave me a quote that night because he assumed what it would be after I explained what was happening. He showed up at the beginning of the time he gave me and had it fixed within minutes. It was exactly what he thought and the price was exactly what he told me. Was very professional and easy to work with.

During the sale of our home, it was determined that a few items needed to be completed prior to our closing. I reached out to Brent at Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling and I'm glad i did so. He was extremely knowledgeable, flexible with our closing date and the price was very fair. In the future, i will definitely be keeping their contract information handy.

My furnace stopped working the first day of a true cold spell. The first company I called said they couldn't get to me until 5 days later, and it would cost $100 just to diagnose. When I called Precision Comfort, he solved my problem right away! Any HVAC issues I have from now on will be answered by Precision Comfort!

I’ve found the best heating and cooling company and I’m so happy about it! It’s so hard to pick and know who to trust but I’m glad to know I will never have to make another decision for this! Brent came to fix my furnace because our heat kept clicking off and it is cold and I’m trying to keep and elderly person warm here. He came within the hour and was hospitable to us and our animals! I bought this house 10 months ago and although I didn’t say I don’t know anything about all this he walked me through and educated me on what he was doing and also a little about what I have and what’s good or not good for the house. Cleared up several questions I might not have remembered asking had he not sparked that conversation educating me. Thank you Brent and I’m never calling another company ever! Just bought my first home and was skeptical at first because I've never had to hire anyone to work on anything in a home and Brent was the coolest 😎 guy ever he's honest he's a real person that cares and had my AC fixed less then 20 min and now he has me as a customer for life.....

I am a repeat customer and Brent's customer service continues to exceed my expectations. He's friendly, honest, and very competitively priced. I will not call anyone else for furnace or air conditioner repairs. If Brent was busy, I'd rather wait a day or longer than roll the dice with anyone else.

He did a great job explaining things, letting us know what we need and what other companies try to up sell you on. Price, he gave us was much lower than the other guys. Did a great job getting everything installed and up and running the next day. Highly recommend.

Beyond professional service. Brett arrived a few minutes before I was expecting him. Very nice and easy to talk to. Made you feel at ease. He showed me how to handle certain issues on my own which would save me money in the future. I cannot thank him and Precision Heating enough for the fantastic service. If I could give more stars I would! Brent came out on a Sunday because of course literally the hottest dang day of the year our AC went out and everything we tried didn’t work. Brent came to the house and had it fixed In Less than 10 minutes. His troubleshooting skills are unreal and how quickly he was able to resolve the issue and get us back up and running was amazing.

Brent came to our house in a timely manner and repaired our furnace. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old, and he invited them to watch as he repaired our furnace. He took extra time to explain what he was doing, discuss safety, and even let our 4 year old daughter help him drill a screw back into the panel. I highly recommend this business!!! Thank you, Brent! My furnace went out on a Friday night, they came out to give me a bid on Monday and replaced both units on Tuesday. The owner gave me the bid and was here to do the installation. I appreciate the owner doing the installation as he has a lot of experience and will be the one I call if something goes wrong. They only took 6 hours to do both installations - it was quick, clean, easy and well done. Highly recommend.
