The guys are knowledgeable on everything, and if they don't know, they find you the answers. Little on the pricey side. This place isn't open to the public, you have to have an open account to buy anything there. It's wholesale for contractors.

Everything you need in HVAC and more for your commercial HVAC controls and sales. Best in the city of Des Moines.

Friendly people the lot is a little tight for a sleeper truck you do have to blind side to back into the dock

FYI: The mailing address is on Dean Ave. But their physical entrance is on Redhead Rd.

I was delivering a fully loaded 53' trailer if air conditioners, pulled by my standard over the road semi truck. Their parking lot is really too small for a semi truck to turn around in. If all of the employee's cars weren't there, it'd be a bit easier. But you'd still have to "blindside" back into the dock without hitting any of their cars, dumpsters or the dock railing! This might be one of the most challenging docks to back into that I've encountered in the 19 years that I've been driving!
Still, the dock personnel were pleasant &, once I did get backed in, they efficiently unload the fully loaded trailer within about an hour.

Quick, professional service. Don't always have what you want "on hand" but they almost always can get it pretty efficiently. No complaints after nearly 18 years of buying from them.
