Steve with Advanced Problem Solutions fixed my issue with both my sinks backing up today by removing the blockage from the pipes. I love my labador dogs but not when their hair clogs up my pipes! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in how to declog my sinks today and ihow to keep them from clogging in the future. If you need a plumber, Steve with APS is who I'd call!

I had a plumbing issue with my 2nd shower in my home, last week, and APS sent "Steve", a kick A plumber. He not only solved my drainage problem, he noticed outdated parts that weren't working correctly, and went out to search for new parts, and replaced them. I am so relieved to have those things fixed. Hey, APS!! Steve should get a raise!!

Hired APS to install a heating/cooling system. Installers/Techs Henry and Chase arrived on time ready to work, had everthing they needed to do the job.

Phone receptionist and Steven-drain specialist were awesome. Recepetionist was extremely kind and was able to get us service today. Steven helped us out with replacing our toilet due to a leak. He did excellent work and was great to work with. Will definitely work with him again in the future!

Brandon came in clutch for me on the weekend - I replaced my flooring in my primary bathroom, which included moving an old clawfoot tub. Upon reinstalling, I realized there was a leak likely from old/missing parts of the tub. Brandon with APS came over on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within two hours or so. I also appreciate that he had experience with old plumbing. 5-stars ⭐️

So happy to leave a review for this company. I work in insurance and was acting on my client's behalf getting information to submit for a rate review. Angela, the service manager was very prompt and courteous, and Rod, the servicing contractor provided all the relevant information for me to proceed with my task and answered my questions quickly and honestly. If you're looking for a company that seems to have all its ducks in a row, my experience shows their effort. Highly recommend if you want a professional company and not Joe from down the street.

We’ve used APS twice in the last year and both times have had excellent service experiences. Today Steven worked extra hard to solve an unforeseen problem for what should have been an easy visit. We’ve been impressed by the quality technicians great customer service from start to finish.

My furnace stopped working and I had no heat. I had someone come out to look at it but it was NYE and they couldn't get the part for my 21 year old furnace for a few days and I would have been without heat for up to a week. I contacted Bob at APS and he was able to get me a part and Rod came out on NYE and fixed the problem. The problem didn't even require a part, but the port the switch went into was plugged up, they cleared it out and I had heat! Saved me money for something that was not needed and I had heat that evening! This is something the other company did not catch, yet they were here an hour and half. Rod found the issue w/in the first 5 minutes he was here. He was friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as Bob! I am switching to APS as they know what they are doing, very helpful and look out for their customers! 100% recommend!

Five Stars and many thanks to Steven C., who came to our business late on a Saturday. None of our 3 toilets would drain, meaning our business would shut down on the next business day. Steven was skilled, polite, professional, and explained everything along the way. Our building and pipes were very old, so he used extreme care to not cause further damage. Instead of using aggressive procedures, he sent a video camera gently down our pipes, and diagnosed the problem. In a short time, drains were working so we could remain open; along with plans to address future possible issues with old plumbing. His equipment was state of art and he worked efficiently. What a relief to us! Thank you Steven for a job well done!
