Our tech was courteous and enthusiastically helpful. He explained the process to me and updated me on his progress.

I value being able to see the condition of my line for myself. It gives me some confidence to know the job was done well and thoroughly and that I'm unlikely to have any further issues in the foreseeable future. The job was completed within his original time estimate.

I do have a small problem when different customers are charged different prices for the same job. Particularly when the other guy pays less. But I guess that's how America works these days.

It does make the pricing seem a little arbitrary, however, which is why it's hard for me to answer how "fair" I think the price is.

Steven did a fantastic job removing an old toilet and installing a new one in our home. The job was done in about 2 hours, he was kind and courteous and the price came under bid compared to other companies who quoted me for the same work.

APS has been awesome to work with. We recently hired them to take over our commercial HVAC & Plumbing services and could not be happier. Our dedicated technician Henry is phenomenal with communicating service calls and providing valuable proactive advise for our building needs. Steven was exceptional to work with during a stressful sewage backup situation. He thoroughly camera-inspected the sewer line, identified issues related to prior contractor work, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and what needed to be addressed.

He went above and beyond to help me understand my options and navigate a complex situation. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made a difficult experience far more manageable.

Matt was very thoughtful, thorough, and courteous. Made my repair in a very timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Kept everything very neat and clean and even offer we some extra help after my repair. I would definitely recommend Matt himself to work on your plumbing issues.

APS thoroughly impressed us. Out of the 4 different quotes we had for our water filtration system APS were the only ones who listened to what we wanted. They listened and delivered on the promises. Brandon, our installer, is knowledgeable and was top notch to work with. He installed the equipment sure but it was his drive to ensure the costumers satisfaction that drove me to write this review. We will be passing APS’s number out to everyone that asks us. They have a repeat customer at this household. Give em a call for a quote.

Brandon was fantastic! He fixed our issue in the kitchen in under an hour and even showed us some other plumbing things to consider specifically for our old house. Very helpful to have someone so knowledgeable and able to work on older homes as this has been hard for us to find. We ended up having added issues from an appliance installation by another company and called APS to help us out, Steven got everything corrected for us quickly! Two great experiences, would definitely use them again.

Came out on an emergency call to my house for a broken furnace. Worked around my hectic work schedule to get the parts ordered and the problem fixed. Also worked well with my warranty insurance. This company is amazing. Thank you for fixing my heat.

Anthony Anderson was an amazing tech! He was very professional and explained everything that would be done. The gentleman with him did great and it was his second day! Anthony is a great teacher to lead the process. They cleaned up as if they were never here.

Signed up for the maintenance plan. They've already checked my refrigerator and furnace and told me what repairs are needed.

Horrible experience. Long story short I have them multiple times since Mar 2021, paid them 400$ and to this day it is still not fixed. They came out in July 2022 and now they tell me it's not fixable and they will not refund my money.

Had a terrible experience with them. Refrigerator broke and took them over a month of scheduling and then cancelling last minute before they called and said they couldn’t find the correct part to fix it. Even after they called saying they couldn’t fix it I received a call wanting to schedule the technician to come out. Called the refrigerator brands service line and ordered the correct part. When it arrived the brands technition said parts were missing from the refrigerator. Tried calling multiple times as well as contacting them online with no call back. Communication is very difficult. Very hard to get past the front staff who are answering the phones. Never get call backs for updates. Still waiting to hear about misssing parts from them. Had to order those too which further delayed the repair and increased the cost of repair. Would definitely not recommend them.
