CMR installed a new water tank for our home. My husband and I immediately mailed the company a check the next day from given invoice. Later we were informed by our private monitoring company that CMR emailed ANOTHER invoice to an email we did NOT give out. Just be careful if you use this company make sure you are not double billed.

Super friendly and helpful over the phone. Recommended a fix for my air conditioner over the phone, got it fixed myself for $20. Most businesses want 1-200 dollars just to come look at it, not these guys. Will definitely be using them for every future hvac issue!

Trent was great! He provided great service. He came same day, even after putting in a call in the afternoon. Found and diagnosed the problem quickly. Would highly recommend. He saved me lots of money over the bigger names around.

Brent was here 20 minutes after I called. My AC had died on a 93 degree summer day. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and I was back up and running! Couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend!!

Precision came and fixed my heater New Years Day and did not charge me extra. Well above and beyond what I would expect. The company I bought the heater from would not even call me back. Precision will have all my business going forward.

Unlike many other companies who would have charged us a few hundred dollars on a repair that we could have done ourselves. You let us know the first place to start with trying to fix our AC unit. You saved us big on money and we valued the honesty.

Had an amazing experience with this company! Our furnace went out and when I called they tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. When I couldn't get it to work they came out about 2 hours later and fixed it for us!! Definitely recommend!
