Brent is a great guy to work with. He has work with me on 3 different homes over the past 10 years and has always given great advice and even walked me through how to fix thing myself when I wanted to try. He respond quickly to calls and I have always felt very well informed through out the process.

I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Precision Comfort. Our air went out on Friday night. I researched, and reviews across multiple platforms were stellar for Precision.

I called about 8 p.m., they answered right away, apologized for not having a repairman available right away, but set an appointment for between 10-noon on Saturday.

The repairman, Brent, was there by 10:30, appropriately wearing a mask. He was swift to check every part of the AC set-up and quickly found our problem - a bad compressor - and repaired it. The whole thing took 20-minutes.

Afterward, I found out that Precision is a local small business, and I was happy to have found our new, permanent, heating and air conditioning company.

AC not working Sat am. Called Precision Comfort at 8 am and Brent arrived at noon and replaced a capacitor and the AC is back cooling. Great customer service and pleasant to do business with. Small local business with excellent service and quality work. We will have Precision do a yearly equipment check on our furnace and AC.

If you are looking for the best quality, and friendliest service in town, look no further. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and values relationships with his clients. He was referred to us (always a good sign) from another client to replace our Furnace and A/C Unit. We highly recommend him!

Brent has been amazing! I own three rental properties in the area and Brent has serviced all of them - from new furnace and A/C installation to servicing older systems. My experience with Brent is that he's responsive, honest, and offers his services at a fair price.

Our AC line froze up late this summer. We initially had a large, well known company come take a look who said we needed a new coil. Brent came out the next day with an incredibly reasonable quote, but upon further inspection determined the part was perfectly fine. He made a minor repair and had us up and running in no time. Incredibly responsive, professional and honest. Thank you, Brent!

Mobile home dweller here. The first chilly morning of fall today 10/6/2023. I thought I would test the furnace and burn off the dust on the heat exchanger. Flipped the thermostat from AC to Heat and on came the draft inducer shortly followed by the igniter plug glowing bright red and then the click of the gas valve then the glow plug fading away. No rush of gas and definitely no flame. The furnace was dead. I called Brent at Precision Comfort and left a message.This was 8 a.m. and within 10 minutes received a call back and I explained the aforementioned issue to Brent. He thought it was possibly a "Trailer Spider" that built a nest in the gas valve and he said he would be out between 12 and 2 pm. Brent and Fox showed up at 11 am diagnosed the problem by meticulously following each step with an explanation of the process. Turns out, it was not a "Trailer Spider" but a faulty gas valve. A Mobile Home gas valve will see an on and off request of well over 100,000 times in its life time. This particular valve was 10 years old. Brent and Fox went to the distributor picked up the correct valve returned and replaced all within a total of 2 hours. Highly professional. Very thorough when explaining the diagnosis and cost of replacement. Extremely Courteous and if asked, will give solid advice regarding upgrades to peripheral mechanics such as a new Condenser Unit for the central air and a new Thermostat. All were replaced by Brent and Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling. 5 star rating from this old codger. I would give them 10 if available. Excellent work and very reasonably priced.Thank you Brent and Fox.

Update: original review was 6-7 months ago for our furnace issue. We started having weird issues with our AC this summer and I obviously called them again. I was given some great (and very cheap/free) tips for maintaining our unit. Same friendly, timely, affordable and helpful service as before!! He’s upfront about what it will cost you and very clear about your options. Seriously I will call precision every single time I have an HVAC issue.

I had the best experience from Brent - owner of Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling. He worked on my furnace recently ended up having to come back to make sure it was working to his satisfaction, and only charged me for one trip charge. He was very professional, timely (came out within 3 hours same day) and charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended! ! !

This is your go to guy - We have used Precision Comfort about4 or five times over the past few years, most recently this last month he came out within 1/2 hour and repaired our furnace under warranty. No Charge! This company has been professional, timely, and competitvely priced and always treated us right. Five stars from us!

Brent and Fox are awesome. They upgraded my 1995 HVAC to a brand new unit and were always willing to answer any questions I had about how things worked and what they were doing (I'm a curious person who likes to learn about this stuff). Brent's the sort of guy who gives you a very reasonable (and round) quote and sticks to it instead of some crazy numbers and excessive fees. I called and asked about a couple other things too and he was always willing to help me out! No pushy sales tactics, no high-selling and low-delivering. He tells you how it is (both the good and bad) and sticks to it.

I'd highly recommend them!

They came out after I got a $5K quote from a different company, and they repaired the unit for under $2K. Brent was professional and kind. He didn't take advantage of the fact that I had no idea what was wrong or what needed fixed. Last night (Saturday night of holiday weekend) my furnace went out and I hired him again. He came out, fixed it, and even trudged through 8" of snow to check all of my outside vents. If you're wanting an honest quote, and quality work, look no further. I'll never waste my time with anyone else again.

We were treated with kindness. Explanations given with great details in a manner which we could understand. Cost comparisons and savings were explained. We had such a great experience with the Precision Comfort team! We initially contacted them at the end of the summer due to our AC unit not cooling our house appropriately and they came out right away. Brent was very thorough in his explanation of what our options were and I appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell us on anything that we didn't need based on our house size, cost savings, energy use, etc. We delayed replacing our AC unit until the spring when it started to warm up again and the turn around time for getting another look at our unit and an appointment scheduled for the replacement was incredibly fast. They were so professional, kind, and friendly and were right on time at 7am (and were wearing masks which we appreciated!). They left our house just as it was when they arrived and they worked very quickly, it only took about 2 1/2 hours total for a complete replacement of the AC unit! They also had very reasonable prices (better than the other quotes we looked into) and we really respected that the owner (Brent) was involved at every level between calling and scheduling, providing the quote, and doing the install. We will absolutely call them in the future for any additional needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or replacement/install of their HVAC system! Thank you Brent!!

Brent is awesome! He installed my furnace and air conditioner about 9 years ago and did a fantastic job! Last year, I needed to install a new thermostat and I was having some issues and I called Brent and even though he was swamped with work at the time, he took the time to walk me through the entire process over the phone, which was a huge blessing! He's always polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Today, I had to call him because my furnace wasn't working properly and he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone as a dirty sensor and he came and fixed it within less than 20 minutes. I recommend Brent and Precision comfort Heating and Cooling to everyone! Brent is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and always produces high quality results and does so in an efficient manner. What a refreshing experience! Brent was prompt, honest, professional and flexible. We initially reached out for a second opinion and he gave a very honest assessment. We wound up going for a replacement and he walked through options and provided a very competitive quote. There were multiple points where he could have upcharged but he was very honest about the rationale for the handler/condenser that would best fit our house.

The team was efficient, respectful and conscientious and Brent walked through post-install to discuss and answer any questions.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Brent! He was so prompt (visited me within an hour of calling) and walked me through the steps of diagnosing the issue with my furnace. He didn’t have the part on hand, but let me know he would back with it in the morning and offered to lend me a space heater overnight. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on service or products and was realistic with me on the longevity of my options. Brent replaced my air conditioner 4 years ago and he was very professional and offered a very competitive price. He is a honest guy and will not try and up sell you anything. Last week my furnace went out Friday afternoon and he was there an hour later to take a look. I was lucky it was in the 60's in November and he wasn't back logged like he probably would be in January, nonetheless he is very responsive which was greatly appreciated. He shot me straight on my options and he replaced my furnace the following Wednesday. I do not leave google reviews, but I owe it to Brent to do so as he has gone above and beyond. I STRONGLY recommend Precision Comfort!!! I have found that it is hard to find genuine people in the repair industry, but I can confidently say Brent is as honest and competent of a person I have done business with and he has a satisfied customer for life!!!

Fantastic! Precision comfort will be my go to heating and cooling experts from here on out. Furnace went out Monday night and withing 5 minutes of me calling Brent had me set up for an appointment early the next day. He knew exactly what the issue was with my 25 year old furnace. Told me what replacement parts for it would cost and what a new furnace would cost. Didn't push a bunch of unnecessary additional items.
