Incredible experience. Our furnace decided to call it quits & we had APS out within an hour. They troubleshot it & were able to temporarily get us up and going!! They communicated the areas that needed addressed - however our furnace was a bit past its end of life date & we knew we would need to be getting a new one soon.

Well, we waited a little too long - and our furnace called it capoot again. This time we called them for a quote & I had 6 others vendors out to scope out what needed done also. APS stood alone, and we were so excited to work alongside them again. Chris and his entire team were quick to address our concerns, help us find the right unit for us without price gouging, installation was within a day & extremely professional and informative & the assurance of being a call away is incredible.

We will continue to recommend them to everyone as we've had incredible experiences with them time and time again.

had to have a heat exchanger replaced and what i saw it was not worth the price and had to havee an actuater motor put on that i thought was quite pricey the workman ship was very good

I needed a new water heater and found these guys on the Internet. They are a locally owned company, which I like a lot. Chris arrived when he said he would. They had the proper tools and were extremely efficient and respectful of my home. New water heater was installed and running in under two hours. All details buttoned up and area cleaned. Chris came in yesterday and evaluated my hot water heater. We decided a new one was in order. He wrote up a quote and the next day he came with a partner and in two hours the new one was installed old one taken out with them and cleaned up after themselves. Chris was kind and courteous and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.
