Very pleased with the work done to clean out the ductwork in our 120 year old home. Folks with exposed ducts in their basement should watch out for the amount of dust and junk that will get shaken loose from those, but the team did a great of of limiting and cleaning up any mess generated elsewhere in the house.

The team who worked on my ducting were very informative and worked hard. I had never had duct cleaning services before and they walked me through the entire process. It took over 3 hours to clean all vents & dryer. Thank you!

I am beyond impressed with the service. We had our ducts cleaned along with our dryer vents. The things they got out of the dryer vents were scary. Plus he hooked my dryer back up for me which is no easy task with the location if it and especially amazing because it was my misunderstanding as to why it was disconnected to begin with. I would 100% recommend this company for their services!

Everything went great. Tech called ahead to say he was on the way, was polite and knowledgeable. Told me what he was going to do, did it, showed pictures of what he did, and we walked around the house to review his handiwork. Perfect experience. Will use them again!

When I first called to make an appointment they said that part of the work they do is replace your furnace filter with a high grade one. They didn’t replace ours so we had to call and they said they didn’t have that size. What?? An HVAC company doesn’t have a size?!?! We asked if they would put it in when they did get the size or if we would get money back for that part of the service. Answer was no because they don’t charge for those. (Obviously the price they charge includes the filter) Disappointed, because I spent all that money and now on top of that I need to go buy a filter.

Air Free did an awesome job cleaning out our ducts and dryer vent; we moved into a house that the previous owner smoked in for 20 years and had a number of pets. It was wild to see how much dust/dirt was up in the ducts and the dryer vent, and I appreciated that the techs took before and after photos. Would highly recommend.

Had breathing issues and decided to look into duct cleaning because i was going through filters like crazy. Air free got good reviews so we tried them. Could not have happier with the outcome. Bryant and Traeton walked us through what he would be doing and after 3+ hours showed me the videos he took and a couple pictures and i was amazed at the amount of dust and dirt we were breathing. Our house instantly smelled fresher and hopefully our breathing will get back to normal. Very professional and courteous. He is a dog lover and spent a little time with my labs and telling me about his dogs. I don't typically leave reviews but was skeptical at first whether my money would be well spent.
