Seriously, I was blown away with the crazy fast response time. Our furnace went out, and they were installing a new unit less than 24 hours later. They replaced the furnace and AC in one day. I didn't get pressured on anything I didn't need, and they took care of all my requests. Even the cost came in lower than I was expecting. I'm no HVAC guy by any means, but I'm mechanically adept enough to know when someone is blowing smoke, and I didn't get any of those vibes from this company. Very, very happy with how things turned out.

Aftershock was amazing! Adam and Corissa were super friendly and understanding. Adam made sure to take the time to explain everything in great detail, so we understood what was going on and exactly what he was fixing. Great service, great people, HIGHLY recommend!

Our heat stopped working on one of the coldest days. These guys answered our call that evening, talked through the problem, were on site early AM to fix it and actually did fix it right away. They came back later in the week to test our AC unit and got us all set up for summer too. Pricing was more than reasonable, service was great.

Sold me the wrong part, I bolted it in and realized it had the wrong voltage and they refused to return it. All I got was an “sorry” and a bill for over 150$

We have had consistently good experiences with the team members at Lennox. They are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Parts are very organized, and the team is quick to find parts when needed. Nothing brightens my day better than seeing J-Hizzle at the front counter.
