Arrived early (called first) which I appreciated. They were quick and efficient. He told me about the process and what it would entailed, checked in with me along the way. They were personable, courteous and great personality. Very positive experience.

We thought the men did an amazing job. They even came early. Air Free Duct Cleaning Inc. made sure to check in with us and confirm our appointment. The work was very professional. The men explained every step they were doing and showed us the work when they were done. No mess was left behind. We feel comfortable in our home knowing that we are no longer exposed to unhealthy dust and other debris. We were very satisfied with the work and strongly recommend to our family and friends.

Air Free Duct Cleaning exceeded all my expectations! Their attention to detail is unmatched, and the entire process was seamless. Scheduling was a breeze, with clear communication and timely notifications about my appointment. I had a last-minute change of plans, but their flexibility allowed me to grant them access to my home while I was away, keeping my maintenance schedule on track. They did an outstanding job, even providing before-and-after photos and videos of my ductwork, which looked spotless! They may not be the cheapest, but their quality and professionalism make them the best in the business. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Air Free enough! We had our ducts cleaned for the first time, and the photos and videos they send after speak for themselves. The service was awesome, and the quality of clean amazing. Russhawn and Thad were professional, fun, and most importantly, got the job DONE! Chris'Ann at the front desk is lovely and a pleasure to work with. I would have paid way more anywhere else, but she got us a great deal.

Dirty ducts and dryer vents are the main cause of house fires, so do it for your safety if not your air quality!

Air Free was recommended to us by Des Moines Heating & Cooling. I’m so glad we went with them to do our duct cleaning. Matt & RJ were great to work with. They were professional & worked with us to do half the house & then switch so we could move our animals around to stay out of their way (since we don’t have a basement for them to access the duct system). They showed us a lot of before & after pictures as well as showed us a lot of what they got out of the ducts.

We are very impressed & will definitely be using Air Free again when we need to do another duct cleaning.

Excellent, professional and always great communication! Our dryer vent discharges from the top of our house close to the roof. Not easy to get to. They always do a great job and it is scary how much they get out of our vent every year.

This was quite an experience as I've never had it done. Erich and Braynt were great. They walked me through and explained the whole process to me. They were very informative, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and overall two very nice young men. I will definitely recommend this business with all my friends.

Bryant and Matt came and cleaned our ducts and boy we are glad they did! A bit embarrassing how much was lining the inside of our vents! They were fast, respectful, walked through expectations, and even went above and beyond to make sure no metal shavings were left behind in our cat's water bowl and food dish!
If the price is holding you up, don't let it. It is an investment for your home.

Customer service is terrible. You get transferred to multiple people. Our alarm keeps going off, tech has been on site multiple times and STILL hasn't fixed it. I called the "local" office only to speak with someone who claimed to be in the local office, but then asked what state my town was in (which she would know if she were actually in IOWA). Very unhappy with their customer service.

Trying to purchase some smoke detectors for my school and I was passed to 5 different people before I was asked my information for someone to call me. Need to redo your phone options because I was told to hold the line, then sent to option 1, then told I was option 7, then given to Kathy and then to I don't know who.

So happy, I cried tears of joy. The only non-union fire alarm and fire sprinkler company available in Iowa. All of their people are fully licensed and super knowledgeable. A nice young man by the name of Ronald Rice is the most customer service oriented individual I have ever dealt with in my life.

Horrible company to work I do not recommend them at all. Needed a new fire system in our building and it took twice as long as it should have to install and we have had constant issues with parts not working. Their techs couldn’t diagnosis the issues with our system and had to keep reordered the same parts over and over. Customer service is terrible as well. Avoid if at all possible.

Their tradesmen seriously need to be retrained before being cut loose behind the wheel of their work vans. A Johnson Controls van tailgated me for nearly 10 miles, before deciding to fly around me going 70+ MPH in a 50 MPH zone. Incredibly unsafe and attempts to reach their local office directly were answered by an overseas call center that couldn’t care less.
