Great service and great products. You can get what you need here. All the guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a lot of stock here but if they don't have it, they will get it quickly. I've been coming here for 20yrs and johnstone will go out of their way to get you what you need.

This company should be shut down. They discriminated against me because of my race. Their parts are cheap Chinese knock offs, but they charge you as if they were true OEM. My advice is to go to a reputable dealer.

Dayton has been with us for years, but this week they were amazing. We came home Sunday night to our air not working on one of the hottest nights of the year. They tried/hoped they fixed it but warned me it may not be enough. The next day when something else went wrong, they were here first thing to confirm problem, then sent their quote person since we needed a new unit, lent us a window unit which keep me comfortable while I worked from home. This day was the hottest of the summer with a heat index above 100. We slept in the living room comfortably with fans and their window unit. First thing the next morning they were here and had a new unit installed with some extras by 2. They even gave me a credit for the part from the first night. Best thing is the extras appear to be helping cool our top floor better than ever.

We had an excellent experience with our recent furnace/AC install by Dayton Heating and Cooling. We read a lot of reviews prior to deciding on them over our other quotes, and we are very glad we did. They were on time, professional, and went above and beyond. They even came back the next day to explain a few things we had questions on! They were the cheapest quote we received, but I have no doubt also the best quality service we could have received as well! Mark and his team did not disappoint and I would definitely choose them again.

I've been utilizing Dayton for the last few years for my HVAC system's semi-annual maintenance. They have always been responsive and flexible in getting my visits scheduled.

Recently, my cooling stopped working on a warm summer day. I wasn't quite sure what was going on when I first called and whether the system was really completely down or just slow to cool. They walked me through a few checks and offered to put me down for a slot on their schedule the next day. I decided to check a few more things and determined that I was not getting any cooling. I called Dayton back and they were able to have a technician out in just a few hours (again on a hot and certainly busy day for them).

The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue, perform the repair, and test the system to determine whether it was performing as expected.

I highly recommend Dayton due to their responsiveness and the care they take for their customers.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dayton - we had them out for a full install of 2 mini split systems. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail, quality control, and knowledge of the systems they installed for us. It didn’t take long to notice their skill and give me such peace of mind, especially since just 1 year prior to having them out we had a very negative experience with another company that lead us needing to do a full repair on two 5 ton mini split systems due to improper installation and leaks. Again, Dayton was there with great customer service via several phone calls with questions I had and multiple trips to their shop for parts for the repair. Can’t recommend them enough!

Dayton Heating has been taking care of the HVAC equipment at Westkirk Church for many years.
This morning they contacted us because a sensor showed a problem with the sanctuary heating unit. They knew of a problem before we did and had a person out to fix the unit early so we would have heat during the Sunday morning service.
We highly recommend Dayton Heating for your home or commercial HVAC needs.
