I recently had a new furnace installed by Dayton. They were great to work with. I feel they did their due diligence to make sure the furnace needed replacement before we bit the bullet. I had several other companies come in to assess and give me a quote on fix/replacement and Dayton stood out as the clear winner on who would be best to work with.

They offered me multiple, clear options and followed up to make sure everything was working as intended.

We wanted to be proactive in the replacement of our 20+ years old furnace and contacted Dayton as they were listed as one of the three installers of the Trane brand of furnace. I was very impressed with the lady who answered my phone and first impressions mean a lot! She informed me that Nick would be visiting later in the afternoon to review and assess our needs. Nick was both professional and personable and provided a thorough assessment of what type of furnace was needed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. I really appreciated the fact that he was not “selling” a product. He was providing me with the necessary information for me to make a decision. Going ahead with Dayton was one of the best decisions we have made. The technicians, Axel and Willy, were at our house the next morning at 8:30. They were superb! Finished the work in 6 hours and left us with a quietly functioning new furnace. We will probably need a new air-conditioner in the near future and will have absolutely no hesitation to get back to Dayton. They are terrific.

Absolutely recommend Lenz Heating & Cooling. The process to get a new furnace installed was easy, simple and quick. The response time and fairness of the team for pricing was a relief. Honorable and reputable business. Definitely will call them again when I need help AND will utilize their yearly service agreement to keep things on top notch performance! 5 star service!!!!

My AC went out the week of July 4th during the miserable heat. Al, the owner himself came out to check it and the next day I had a new unit installed. I was very impressed with such a quick response. I decided to also replace my furnace & hot water heater. Again service was very prompt. I commend Al for being willing to work with me to get all 3 items replaced to my satisfaction. I appreciate the great service I received.

We have had a wonderful experience with Michael with Lenz Heating and Cooling. We replaced our A/C unit 3 weeks ago. We woke this morning and the a/c was not working. Michael came right away and solved our issue with a kind smile and a professional attitude. Michael is the best!!!!

When my air stopped working and I called Lenz Heating & Cooling Leah was awesome! We decided to troubleshoot and she called me back checking if anything had worked. When nothing worked I was scheduled that day for a service call. Al came quickly and was able to get the air back up and running in less than an hour! Such great service and wonderful people, I would recommend Lenz Heating & Cooling 100%!!

We couldn't be happier with the service that Lentz and specifically Michael provided yesterday. He got here on time, determined the problem with our AC and got us fixed up in no time at all. Great job by everyone at Lentz! BTW, I appreciate the nod to Veterans.

On a Saturday at 3 PM, I reached out to Lenz because my AC unit wasn't working. They responded promptly and attempted to troubleshoot the problem without success. Subsequently, Technician Michael was dispatched, arriving and finishing the repair by 5:45 PM. In just under three hours from my initial contact on a weekend, my AC unit was operational and cooling my house. Michael was exceptional; he patiently addressed all my questions, allowed me to observe his work, and possessed a wonderful sense of humor. He was both thorough and efficient in completing the repairs. Firm handshake Michael! Easy five star here. I highly recommend Lenz.

I appreciate Michael’s friendliness and professionalism when he was problem solving an issue that we had with our warranty for a repair that was needed for our AC system. He contacted their office multiple times to get the issue resolved appropriately.

Replaced AC and furnace 2019. Tyler and the install crew were friendly and professional. Quality workmanship. Will use them in the future. 2023 recently they replaced my hot water heater. Have had good luck with Alan the owner and his crew. Fast professional friendly service. Alan Lenz is a Veteran.

It was so easy to communicate with the front office, and they sent out technicians quickly to fix a minor problem. We love working with this locally owned, veteran friendly company!
