Two young men came 2 days later to replace a part Micheal found. They were very polite and knowledgeable as well. When they found a problem they had trouble with Al the owner came to help. Got everything fixed and working fine. Very happy with the service I received.

The two gentleman that came and cleaned our ducts were very professional and efficient. Carter made sure to explain everything they were going to do before hand and provided expectations on timing and he was spot on. He gave me a great summary of service and findings to close out the job.

The serviceman, Freddie, was very efficient and respectful, which is not always the case these days. He let me know about the age of my furnace as well as potential for issues in upcoming years and what those issues could cost. I highly recommend their services.

Lenz Heating & Cooling was a great company to work with. Our AC unit wasnt’t working properly and they had someone come out to look at it the same day. They inspected it to tell us what part needed to be replaced and got right to it. We were cooling down in no time. We worked with Sierra who helped facilitate everything and she is the best!!!! I would recommend this company to family and friends for any HVAC needs.

In late February, my furnace stopped popping on. After doing a Google search, I decided to call Lenz. Left a voicemail in the early morning and got a call back an hour or so later. Al came out and determined there were several issues. After discussing options, it was best to get a new unit. Also added in getting a new water heater and air conditioner because they were 20+ years old as well. The next day, I had my new upgrades installed!! The team was great and excellent communication with everything. I've had my follow up appointment to check out the air conditioner on March 21 by Michael. He did a great job going over any questions and looked over the furnace too. I'm so happy I went with Lenz and have already recommended them to others! Thanks again!!

We discovered our furnace not working properly this morning. I placed a call to Lenz and Al was at our house within 2 hours!! Part replaced and the furnace is working perfectly again. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support we received. Happy to support a locally—and veteran—owned business!!

Both technicians who worked on my furnace were very good and personable. I had the tune up and found out there was a major part that needed replaced, and my furnace was still under warranty. The tech who came and replaced it around a week later was fast and I did not have additional fees for time working. Very pleased with the service.

I had the pleasure today to meet Freddy, son of the owners. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and took time to explain the inspection that he was doing. Al (co-owner of Lenz H&C) showed up a bit later and provided a competitive bid to replace the existing HVAC. There was no pressure to buy, just straight business. This is my first interaction with Lenz and I must say I'm very impressed!
