Residential irrigation system shutdown for winter. Tech was on-time, polite, clean, and knowledgeable. Did a bit of extra work within the service window he was allowed. A good experience.

I’ve used RJ for three years now for our lawn care services and absolutely love it! We are in a new development in Waukee, and they didn’t replace the topsoil so our soil is rocky and compacted. We went with Package A so we could incorporate organics back into the soil. I can see a huge difference between our lawn and our neighbors. I’ll continue using RJ for all services and highly recommend them!

So I have lived and painted woods off You Avenue in Waukee for over eight years. I’ve always had Lawn Service. My lawn has looked horrible for all these years. I talked to the gentleman that lives and painted woods that has the best looking lawn in our neighborhood and he gave me RJ‘s information. My lawn has never looked so. Awesome as it has in the last six months, I have no watering system My lawn looks as good or better than the people with a water system. You can’t go wrong with their Service !

Zane from RJ Lawn and Landscape came out to blow out our irrigation system to help prepare it for winter. He not only was super polite, but he answered all of the questions I had and was very efficient. I was very pleased with the service.

I'm very pleased with my decision to switch lawn services to RJ a couple of years ago. We're getting everything you could hope for out of the service, including a great strategy for fertilizer and weed treatment, a heads up when they plan to come, and convenient billing consolidated for me to pay at the beginning of the season, at my special request. The lawn speaks for itself, and I've got to have a tough mower, I've got to mow it high because it's thick, and I never thought I'd be getting envy from neighbors, but here we are. :-)

An unexpected fringe benefit for anyone thinking about going with RJ for lawn treatment, expect to get extra exercise behind a push mower, because adequate moisture + an RJ treated lawn = constantly growing grass!

We have used RJ since we moved into our home 7 years ago. Have had a handful of workers and they've always been timely, professional and kind. Today, Zane, turned off our irrigation system for the year and he was great!

Zane did a great job helping me to understand the way my sprinklers needed to be set up. The valve to drain water before blowing out the sprinklers needs to be properly set up. Zane is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Thank you!

RJ does is a great company to work with. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. In the irrigation department ask for Edgar, he will be able to take care of anything that comes up and is very professional.

Highly recommend RJ’s for your next landscape project! Their pricing was very competitive but more importantly they knocked my project out of the park! And the crew they had at my home was amazing, I think that’s important when you have people working at your home. They were friendly, had great communication and took extra care to make sure they didn’t disturb areas that they were not working on. Couldn’t have gone better and I’m already hiring them for a 2nd project.

I love my new border, perennials, and new tree. I told Bree my vision for lower maintenance, but all blooming plants in a mix of types and colors. I want to attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. The hummingbirds were fighting over the Cardinal Flowers. I had many types of bees and butterflies visiting as well. Two of my plants did not survive replanting and RJ has already replaced those. The mulch type and color were also great picks for my esthetic. I can’t wait to see how much it all grows in over time and to see my tree flowering in the spring. We have also been using RJ for lawn maintenance the past few years and the dandelions are gone and the grass is much more lush.

Our company has been using RJ for a couple years and they have been absolutely fantastic! They only did one of our properties the first year. But after seeing the quality of their work, we decided to switch to them for all our Des Moines Clinics. We are very glad we did. Our staff has appreciated the switch as well and have made many comments about the positive changes they have seen since we switched to RJ. The improvement in the snow removal has been especially important as our staff and patients feel much safer in our parking lots. The communication with Christian is always great too! Highly recommend RJ lawn and landscape. Great designers and a professional crew who did my work quickly. Put up a new retaining wall, trim, rock and plants. Also laid drain tile and ran an underground drain to help with my basement leaking issues due to poor grade out in West DSM. See before pics (with large bushes and railroad ties) and after pics
