I had the pleasure today, to have John Beth be my service person for today. He came out for the issue and he was very thorough explanatory and caring as well as neat efficient with time and I just thanked him so very much for the awesome job he did. The work looks fabulous and if I need the service again, he is the person I would want to come out and service me. You have an outstanding employee in John.

I used MVP to hang a tv a couple of years ago and they did a nice job at the time so thought it would be logical to use them again. I called to set up an appointment and selected the 12pm-4pm window with the understanding that I would get a call 30 minutes before the technician would arrive. By 3:45, I had not heard so called in. Their system is AI so I asked to speak to someone. Once I got a live person, they said someone would be in touch soon about my appointment. I got a text around 4:30 to let me know they were on their way. The technicians showed up at 5:30 - 1.5 hours later than the quoted lead time. They initially didn't apologize, just said it had been a busy day. They then quoted me over $1K to take down a large tv and put a new one up. This could have been communicated over the phone before anyone came out so I could determine if I wanted to pay that. It also wasted the technicians time and mine by not quoting ahead of time as even if I were going to pay that, they were way too late and I needed to go to another scheduled appointment. They did finally apologize but I was still charged a dispatch fee. I don't mind paying for that as I understand a company has to pay for their people's time but I could have saved that if I was just quoted ahead of time and it could have possibly allowed for another appointment to be put on their schedule. Very disappointed with the communication and have already scheduled another company to come out who quoted me less than half the price. I won't use MVP again.

Manuel Gonzalez did an outstanding job of helping to answer all the questions concerning my furnace and how to go about getting the repairs/replacement i would need. He not only demonstrates a very professional attitude but goes out of his way to take the time to listen and effectively respond to anything that I had to say. Thank you very much!

I had a great experience with MVP plumbing and their price was magnitudes better than the price I was preparing myself to pay. I paid only $15 for the whole service!! (signed up for their monthly subscription) but even asking them how much it would cost if I didn’t sign up was told the call would still only cost me I believe $63. That’s insanely low. The tech that came out was also very knowledgeable considering how young he was and I could tell he was passionate and took pride in the work he does. MVP made a good first impression on me and I will be using them for future services needed.

Rocco and John were helping us clean out our dryer vents and did a fabulous job today. They were thorough and explained the process from start to finish. They were respectful of keeping our house clean as well. I was so impressed I became an MVP member so they can help keep my house in good order all year long.

Shane Palmer with MVP is the man! He came out on a Sunday (during a chiefs game too) to accommodate my schedule. His work ethic and communication skills exceeded my expectations and put my mind at ease after I had a not so great experience with a local handyman. The work that was done was quality and budget friendly too, as first time homeowner I am so glad I found MVP. Thank you Shane!

From initial appt request to post-installation review was exceptionally fast and exceptionally good service. I have used MVP for several issues over the years and they have always been professional, fast, and efficient. Shane did my water heater replacement/installation and I could not have asked for better. My old unit was rusting out from a small overhead pipe leak. The new unit looks great, and the old pipes were replaced along with some rusted portions of the flue. I feel good about the work and know that MVP is there to assist with any future issues. Solid A+ from me.

They did some work at my grandparents house. Told us that they'd need to break open the floor to unclog the kitchen sink and run a new pipe. Totally understandable. It was a bit pricey so we asked if I could do it myself and expose the pipe and get it ready for them to install. They said "yes" and told us to leave the dirt and rock we dug up for them to use as backfill.

We broke it all open and left the spoils in 3 55 gallon brutes for them to reuse as aggregate and backfill around the pipe because they, again, told us to leave it.

It's now been almost 3 months with continued promise of 'we'll come by and get it'

Neglecting 85 year old homeowners is despicable. Would not recommend using this company for any of your service needs. Unreliable and not trustworthy at best.

I just had a maintenance service by an awesome technician from MVP. He was timely, professional and very thorough and explained every/any question I asked very patiently. I will always use MVP and feel fortunate to have found them as every technician has been first class all the way!

We recently had a new 3-ton high-efficiency modulating HVAC system installed by Uriel Velez and his team, Ernesto R. and Jose, from MVP HVAC. They arrived right on time and were fast, professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. To protect our carpets, they covered our floors with cloths, which we really appreciated. The installation was done with impressive precision and care, leaving everything neat and tidy. We were so pleased with how quickly and seamlessly MVP got the job done—it truly made the entire experience stress-free. A week later, just as promised, the MVP team followed up to ensure we were satisfied and that all the equipment was working perfectly. Shane the plumber at MVP repaired my piping and replaced several items that needed it in my furnace room involving my water tank! WOW 🤩 what a fantastic job he did! So professional and detailed! Very impressed with Shane, his demeanor and expertise! It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for and he worked for hours and really did me right! Thank you 😊 🙏

John Beth and his apprentice Keith came to my house after trying to do a self fix on a leaking stop valve on my bathroom sink. After I snapped the line I turned off the water main and decided to call the professionals. They came in and showed me where I went wrong and what to do and proceeded to fix the problem. He replaced the pipe replaced the stop valves and hooked up my sink. After it was all said and done he gave me recommendations on what he would do. ( I have an older house with c-pvc) 10/10 would highly recommend.

Our Master Plumber was John Beth. He was so friendly and thorough and trustworthy I couldn't believe it! We had an unusual gas fitting which he corrected immediately. He worked with me on the price in a very fair way. He also took our old range out to the curb for pickup without being asked. The repair and installation were accomplished in under an hour because he knew we had company coming. Wow, if everybody provided service like John it would give their HVAC companies a great reputation. Many thanks!

Great experience with Caden today. He was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding my furnace. He also noticed a plumbing issue concerning my water pressure valve that was leaking and advised MVP could schedule a free estimate for repairs.

I would absolutely recommend MVP. Rocco came out and diagnosed the issue immediately, installed 2 gfci outlets, and explained his process along the way. I also want to say that they came out the same day that I scheduled the appt.!! I love that! :) Way to go, Rocco!!!

The technician that came was polite knowledgeable.
He took the time to ask questions even though it was late. In the day he didn't rush when he should have been probably rushing to go home. I was very pleased, hopefully the rest of this project. Goes just as easy

We switched from another company to MVP 6 months ago. I cannot say enough about each technician's professionalism and care. Scheduling is breeze easy and someone is always available especially during emergencies. We use MVP for various services. Pricing is excellent and truly competitive. Most recently, we had a plumbing emergency at an investment property. Derek Marler, in particular, was most helpful and kind. He answered my questions patiently and explained things on a layman's level. He clearly understands how to treat customers in an emergency situation. He was even kind enough to make a follow up call after our most recent work.
