Wouldn't sell me a start capacitor because I wasn't licensed. I've taught HVAC most of my life in the Army. Screw veterans I guess...

A bunch of negative reviews from unlicensed individuals. This is a contractor only supply house because they sell products that require a license to handle, that's common sense. They have a large inventory of parts and usually have what I need. I've bought 6 furnaces from them last year and got a fair price on all of them.

Worst customer service EVER!! Standing in line with 3 guys behind desk with 2 just twiddling their thumbs! Didnt even ask if i needed assistance, just eye contact and nothing else .... Seriously??? Lucky they get one star as I would have rated them lower, if at all possible ... Customer service = Better business = Repeat customers , NOT THIS CUSTOMER!

This place rocks. Been coming here ever since I was a kid when my dad first started the company. We’ve had many dealers and distributors over the years but the one constant has always been Johnstone Supply. Anything we need they got it and anything we need them to do they’ll handle it.

We've bought from Johnstone Supply for many years. Not always a lot of product but pretty consistent. We are super impressed with the new sales gal, Alana Gregory. She has been very helpful to us while we setup the digital login.
