Great supply resource not the best but they usually got what you need and have some great service

I drove all around town looking for a capacitor for my outside ac unit
I went in the store/warehouse and they had a bouch of them diffrent sizes and all
Looks like they had alot more things they to but I didn't look

I never have an issue with these guys they are like friends out there. I dont go out there much unless things are slow and there are classes. But every time I have needed equipment or rheem parts, these guys have had it!

The greatest people to work with. I have been there sence1992. Wouldn't stay if they were rude , and wouldn't work on pricing. Proud to be their friend

These guys set me up with a Rheem pilot assembly for a water heater that seemed no one else in the Kc area had on hand that day. Very helpful and well stocked.

All the employees are very helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and is willing to help. Thank you so much for all the help through the years! I am still waiting on my motorcycle ride...

Fantastic supply house! These guys have great prices and a full selection Rheem HVAC equipment & parts. Customer service is extremely friendly, delivery is timely. They have in house tech support, commercial support. My first call when I bid a project.

After moving my heat and air business Here to Kansas City from Tennessee at the end of last summer, I was glad to find this place where they still understand what customer service is. When I 1st moved here I tried several other distributors, and with there being so many in this area I was surprised to see employees at other places just doing the minimum make a get away with.

Every time I walk through the door of Amsco I’m greeted by Rob, he always has a smile on his face and is very helpful! The other guys behind the counter are nice too, I can’t remember there names I think mike and Garry.

Delivered over here. Was unloaded in a timely manner. Professional guys at work. Backing in was a little tight due to the cars parked in the lot, but all was well.

11/11/25. Nick was out for our semi annual service. Did an outstanding job. Was early which was great. Once here was thorough, efficient, professional. Went through each unit and explained work being done and provided estimates for work that he recommended be done should we select T&C to do the work. Highly recommend Nick and his company for your HVAC services.

6/20/25. Matt did an outstanding job. Serviced all units getting them ready for summer. Highly recommend all team members from Town and County. Their annual maintenance service program is great.

Doug was out to service our units for winter. Did an outstanding job. Was on time and efficient. Excellent service. Highly recommend T&C and also Doug.

5/1/24. Kevin Herbert has been out to our home the last two times. Does outstanding work. Takes time to make sure everything is in good working order. Has the HVAC skill set to fix/repair and troubleshoot anything. Takes time afterwards to explain all that was done and considerations to watch for and how to keep your system running properly until next service. I’m on an annual service contract. I always ask for Kevin to perform the service. I highly recommend.

Javier was out today to get our HVAC system ready for winter. Their team always shows up on time and are very efficient and professional. Highly recommend their annual service program.

Josh was out again today to fix our HVAC system that was originally installed incorrectly. They have had to do this a number of times. We think they now have it all corrected and we are ready to go. Their entire team has been great diagnosing all the issues and their repairs have corrected each problem the first time. I highly recommend.

Friendly, on time, knowledgeable. The tech actually found a potentially dangerous issue that techs from other companies missed multiple times. Maintenance is critical but maintenance not done right is worthless. These guys are paying attention.

Rodger and Josh were great to with. We went with Town and Country to get a second opinion on a problem with the HVAC. Rodger went out of his way to call a different company and confirm the warranty was still valid, and was able to get a technician out the same day to service our unit. Josh was very thorough in his diagnostics and couldn’t find anything wrong with our unit. Everything was clearly explained and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs or just yearly maintenance!

Our AC quit during the night. I called town and country at 7am…never expecting that an actual person would answer. But fortunately you have someone available early, my visit was scheduled for this afternoon, and Josh was here at 10:30!!! He’s exceedingly accommodating, pleasant and accomplished. Our AC was repaired and running by 12:15!!! I’ve referred many friends to you already, but there will be more to come!!!
