Joaquin came over to make a repair on one of our pipes outside. It’s really cold and they were so professional, kind, and quick. So glad I went with mission plumbing!

The technician that came to my house was very kind and professional. I would recommend him and Mission Plumbing, Heading and Cooling to my family and friends.

We tried cancelling our membership back in August. Was told it was cancelled. Kept getting charged. Tried cancelling again in October and found out we have been getting charged every month since. When we demanded a refund we were told they don’t do refund. This is fraud.

Christian Hutsell came out on Friday and was very knowledgeable & handled my air in a timely manner. It was a simple fix but he made it a good experience. He also had two other fellas with him that were training and they did great as well. Thank you for hiring a good team!

I decided to get ahead of things this year and schedule my annual maintenance for my heating system. I called around a few places and looked online before deciding on using Mission Plumbing.

I was able to quickly get on the schedule (within 2 days) and had the tech (Christian) show up right on time. I work from home so I tend to keep an eye on things when someone is working in my home. I have to say that I have lived in this house for 20 years and my HVAC system is about 7 years old. Christian did the most thorough system check I've seen, even where he was using a borescope to really check things out on the interior of the units (I have 2). And Christian was super friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.

Overall I am very happy with the service and cost (super great price) and the tech. I am planning on using them again in the spring for my a/c system check.

Much appreciated their knowledge about their jobs. Most importantly, taking the time to make sure to actually show and explain what was happening to my furnace that I was unaware of. Very pleasant people. ☺️

That day had come. You know the day; the day when your HVAC decides to call it quits. It had been good run. The system was over 20 years old which meant...it sucked but got me by. Mission PHC provided prompt and expert diagnostics and new installation. The technician (Chris) came out to the house on the day of call. After running diagnostics, he provided different options to resolve what was wrong. I accepted that it was time and prudent to buy a new HVAC system. Mission’s comfort care consultant came out to my house the next day (Sunday) to discuss options that would fit my house. Financing was easy. A new Lennox system was installed the next day (Monday). Kevin has many years of experience and did a great job installing it and made sure it was operating correctly. He reviewed operational instructions. I am very happy and satisfied with Mission phc hvac care.

Installed new HVAC a couple years ago and they’ve been servicing as part of their semi annual plan. Always been professional and done good work. Jaylen did our maintenance visit today.

We bought a new furnace and AC from them. Since day 1 it has been nothing but problems. We went to turn on our new furnace and it didn’t work. This is now the second day they have said they are coming and haven’t shown up. This is not the Same Mission Heating Heating and Cooling that we used to know. It is no longer locally owned and I absolutely do not recommend.

Travis was great - very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Completed the work with expertise in a timely manner. Will definitely request Travis for all our future plumbing needs.

Mission Plumbing was a lifesaver today. Had a clog in the main sewer line that another company said was unfixable and quoted me $15k to replace the line. Marquies from Mission Plumbing came out the next day and cleared the clog, no problem.
Will definitely be calling Mission again the next time I need a plumber!

Crazy pricing. They must be private equity owned. They quote by the job regardless of how much time it takes. I was expected to pay rates in excess of $750 percent hour for work that required no parts. It was all labor. Skip these guys and find the mom and pop owned outfit.

I called regarding a dead AC unit at 8am and Terrell showed up at 9:30 am. Terrell was courteous and quickly found and fixed the problem. This is the second time I have used Mission Plumbing this month (1st time was a toilet issue) and they have been great both time. I will continue to use their services.

I wrote a review about how overpriced this place was. They have to be owned by private equity. They wanted to charge me $1,600 for a two hour repair. Almost $800 per hour. The heat was out and it was cold - they were just trying to take advantage of us. Typical of private equity - soulless. It wasn’t off hours either. A typical Tuesday daytime visit. The ending of the story - we called AFC heating and cooling. Family owned. They were awesome. Came the next day and fixed it for $150. Call them. Mission is terrible.

We are grateful Nabate came and tested our system and found a gas leak that was pumping high carbon monoxide into our home while we were having family time on a Friday evening. He diagnosed the problem and we promptly turned off the furnace saving us from gas poison! He also checked the carbon monoxide levels in the other parts of the house to verify that it was safe for our family to be in our home.

Buyer beware. Be very careful dealing with Mission PHC. They installed a completely new HVAC system for us but the entire process was and remains substandard. The AC system didn’t function correctly from the beginning and it took numerous service calls and return trips to assess and correct the problem. They kept fixing the wrong thing. When it was time to switch to heating there were problems there too. Now they are ignoring my requests to fix the remaining problem, one their installation tech created. It is virtually impossible to get a human on the phone and I have spent numerous times in hold purgatory. I would not recommend them and now I’m stuck with them. Be careful.

My monthly maintenance for my HVAC and tankless water heater were transferred from Ultra Heating and Cooling when the owner retired. I was very happy with Ultra, but disappointed in Mission. They miss appointments and reschedule them. My furnace check lasted 11 minutes and resulted in quotes for $848 and over $2000 to clean my furnace. They sent the wrong tech when I first requested tankless water heater maintenance. Then they said my tankless water heater maintenance that I paid $127 for with Ultra was only good for a tank water heater, and they wanted me to pay over $200 for that. I am getting a new HVAC system and did not ask them for a quote because I am so unhappy with their service. I will not be using them for anything in the future.

Christian was on time, courteous, & completed the service quickly. He also went above & beyond by helping me with an unrelated issue I was having with my refrigerator by cutting & sealing off the water line which was leaking into the bottom of my fridge. I really appreciated his help which hopefully solves my problem with the fridge so I don’t have to buy a new one

We ended up needing a hot water heater replacement and Mission Plumbing was able to come out first thing on a Monday morning prepared to quickly and efficiently replace the unit. Highly recommend!

Matthew Rogers gave us good information about our filter system. He easy to communicate with and very helpful.
