This company has heart, punctual, professional, was on time for one day install and most of all took into consideration of our home by putting down canvas cover so no debris, track marks , or damage was done to home when installing. Took extra time to ensure heating and cooling worked before leaving. Highly recommend. Thank you

First time using Town & Country and I’d definitely recommend! My AC went out on a hot day in July. I called several companies, including the company that installed and has the HVAC warranty, and no one would come out same day. I called Town & Country and they originally said they could come out same day, but it would be an after hours call. I accepted. They called back in the afternoon and were able to fit me in early so I didn’t have to pay for the after hours call! Once Travis, the tech, arrived, he was friendly and quickly figured out and fixed the issue. He was in and out maybe 30 minutes max and the AC was fixed. And they gave a discount for being a new customer! What could’ve been days without AC in the summer was only a few hours because of them!

Our hot water heater needed replaced. T&C scheduled the replacement for the next day after they provided a sound quote. Travis was the technician and he did a wonderful job. He explained what he was going to do, what he needed, and then what was done. It am so grateful that this company, who services our HVAC system, is able to provide other services and do it excellently.

Matt does my spring and fall maintenance. Not only does he do his job professionally, he also does it with great humanity. I will advise anybody to do business with this company! AWESOME!

I had Town and Country out to install a new Bosch system and a new Samsung ductless system in my house. They arrived on time, were courteous and left my house cleaner than they found it. The ductless system was not an easy install. They had to fish a new line set up into my attic and go halfway through it to get to the room that got the new indoor unit. They finished quicker than I thought they would and charged exactly what they told me. My house is now the most efficient and the most comfortable on the block! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I highly recommend for a/c diagnosis & repairs! I called them because my aunt & uncle had used them and they were very happy with them.

They were able to get me scheduled the next appt day, due to holiday, and the tech inspected and did everything thoroughly. They are professional and communicate very good with every step of the process! 😊

Nick Davis just left my home and I could not appreciate him more! His service was amazing. He was on time, personable, respectful, knowledgeable and obviously cared. Even my 15 year old son noticed on his own(!) and commented that Nick seemed to actually care about what was happening with our AC and that he expected someone who didn't hustle and was just "doing his job". Nick said, "that IS part of my job." Town&Country, I don't know what y'all do for employee recognition but I hope it's monetary and Nick is at the top of your list. Also, may I specifically request him for future work?

From the beginning starting with George and the initial walk through and estimate to the install with Travis today, I would say this company exceeded All my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating as far as all my questions being answered. The install took about 4 hours and everything is working great. Really appreciate the quality work that was done as well as the outstanding service. Would highly recommend to all.

Town and Country replaced my AC system at a price lower than some of the bigger companies quoted me on for repairs. These other larger companies get bought out by private equities that care more about profits to their shareholders than keeping prices reasonable for customers. Town and Country is still locally owned and their staff is incredibly professional. Couldn't be more satisfied. I recommend Town and Country before anyone else for HVAC. Thank you.

Travis was AMAZING! Thorough and honest and awesome to just work with in general. He was great at explaining the issues with my furnace and a/c unit so that I could understand what was need to move forward for the long term! I’m very pleased and would absolutely work with T&C just based on how well I was treated by Travis alone!

I was having issues with my furnace not working a couple months back and called town and country. The technician, Nick Davis, told me it wasn’t working right because of my filter and that he would clean the furnace and replace the filter and that I need to change it again myself in about 3 months. It’s located in my crawlspace so I trusted him to do the work right without checking it.
Fast forward to today, I went in the crawlspace to find this - completely wrong size filter put in by the technician! I lost my trust in town and country.
