Had a great experience with MVP. We had both plumbing and electrical work done on our basement remodel. James (plumber), Kody and Leo (electrician) had great work ethic, and a plethora of knowledge. They were patient with our questions and expectations, while expertly guiding us through the process of the job. Since our remodel is being done mostly by ourselves, we were working in the same area as our MVP friends. And that what is felt like….a friendship. All 3 men had great personalities and were easy to chat with. Thanks for making our MVP experience professional, safe, relaxed and enjoyable.

Update!!!

Cody and Gabe did it again! We had our electrical panel replaced due to years of moisture damage. They were efficient and organized. They are also a pleasure to have in our space. They both are friendly, share humor. It’s like we’ve been friends for years! Thanks MVP for the excellent service, the resonance prices and the business relationship we will use for years!

It was simply a maintenance call, but Brian went above and beyond to explain what he was doing in a patient and clear manner. He gave me all my options, and made sure I understood. He also took the time to cover his shoes when coming into my home. I've always received remarkable service, and it continued with this appointment.

Guy came out on Tuesday said ok it fixed left without confirmation that it was heating called them back so he could take another look came back said now you need heating strips another 1200 why you didn’t know this the first time you were here? The he goes on to tell me he hooked it up to work and my outside unit ac just running but he ensured me that I was saving mine not to remind you still cold in my house haven’t to get a whole new contractor to fix something that could’ve been solved the first time. Moral to the story don’t call then find someone else I feel as though the took my money for nothing still cold And all their reviews cannot be as good as they sound Pissed off customer out of 1500 and still have to hire someone else Thanks for nothing you make me feel as though you rob Signed Still Cold

Excellent customer service. MVP was outstanding. They strived to give us what we wanted at an incredible price. The products they provide are top-tier. It has been a month now since installation, and there are absolutely no complaints at all! We are so happy to have a central air in our home. We even got a new furnace! This company is about getting the job done correctly and efficiently! It amazes us how, within minutes, our home is nice and cool! We definitely won't be hot this summer. Shane Palmer and his co-worker came in to do multiple jobs for me in my new house. They installed faucets, fixed multiple water leaks and plumbing pipes. They installed a new water softener system. They were both professional and efficient. Shane made sure they worked quickly and had the water turned off for a short amount of time so it did not disrupt our home activities going on. Shane and Chevon are great plumbers and I will use them again in the future.

Run. I strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs. I have had the monthly service plan for several years. HVAC side-Each visit they spend more time on the upsell of services and products than they do on the actual service. You get a new technician every visit. Even when you agree to the service, the next year when they come back; they try to sell you the same parts that you previously purchased from them. Plumbing-just had a tech out on Saturday to unclog my kitchen drain. He did just that. However, less than 10 minutes after he left, I discovered that all the blockage was pushed into my basement drain. I've been waiting for a phone call/response for about 3 days now. I had to call and PAY another company to clear the drain. MVP took ZERO accountability and NEVER returned my calls.

After needing to replace our outdoor underground sewer line, MVP was the company we ended up selecting to do the job. From the initial diagnosis and consultation work with River, to the hard work by Shawn and Greg, the entire experience was very positive. Shawn and Greg worked tirelessly, even in the middle of a January snowstorm, to dig up and replace the sewer line. They also did a great job today coming back to flatten the dirt and put seed/straw down on the yard. We also have the MVP Plan with them and every single interaction has been easy and helpful. I would recommend MVP to anyone! Thank you again to River, Shawn and Greg and the rest of the team at MVP!

Kolby Cook is professional, respectful, and polite. I will request him to be my technician. I appreciate his explanation of things needing attention. I am going to use MVP for my future Air Condition•Heating•Plumbing•Electric.

Wonderful service from MVP especially David, who quickly and efficiently installed our new hot water heater. We woke up to a dead water heater and had a new one and hot water by bath and bed time that evening!

John and Justin did a great job over the two days worth of plumbing issues at my home. They explained everything they were doing and really helped me get things running for my guests coming to visit. I would absolutely recommend either one to anyone I know that needs plumbing help. And they were great with my dogs! Made it way less stressful on them which is a huge relief to me.

Just moved into a new house and learned the water softener needed service or possibly wasn't working correctly. Josue from MVP was out the following day and not only services the equipment back into good order, but he also gave me a thorough education on water softener functionality and maintenance. Extremely helpful and personable. Would definitely recommend Josue for future plumbing needs. Price for a water softener carbon recharge was a little high at $349, though.

My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the season. Our house was rapidly dropping temperature! I called MVP at 6:30 pm on a weekend; their tech arrived at 9:30 pm. Brian had us up and running (and warm!) within an hour! Great job on very short notice. Thank you, Brian; thank you MVP!

A big thanks to Shane, Chevon, Don and the rest of the MVP team. We have partnered with MVP over the past several years to install a new furnace and dual water heaters along with general maintenance and repairs to the plumbing in our home. We recently had a recirculation pump fail which led to a lack of hot water throughout the home. A few other minor issues and symptoms made it difficult to replicate the issue which I thought could lead us down an unknown and expensive path. These guys worked together and isolated the issue and had us fixed up in no time. I appreciate the attention and willingness to identify the issue and quickly work to get it resolved. Thank you MVP!

Joshua from MVP came and he did a very good job. He found the problem and I would recommend him to anybody. He did Find a problem and I am able to turn it into my warranty company to get the problem taken care of. I would recommend Joshua an MVP. They were very punctual.

My experience with MVP Air conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric was Excellent! My AC stopped blowing cold air on the hottest day! MVP sent a tech out same day. Nick quickly diagnosed the issue. He did a wonderful job explaining all options. I feel confident I made the right decision to replace my furnace. Nick went above and beyond! Nick made sure I had cold air blowing and wasn't stuck in a hot house! The very next day, Tyler made choosing and purchasing a new furnace a breeze. Tyler was knowledgeable and listened carefully to me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The Installation process was just as easy Thanks to David! David was friendly, professional and courteous. MVP made me feel comfortable and the whole process was stress free!

I usually do not take the time to do reviews. We had Tyler come out and give us an estimate on a new furance and a/c install. I was honestly expecting a typical sales rep tactics and speech. It was nothing at all like that. He was straight forward took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions. We felt comfortable and confident with him. We decided then go with MVP. We set up an installation date right away. The day of installation we got a text with the tech information and they arrived when they said they would. During the installation there were few hiccups. We were not happy or satisfied with some of the issues with installation. We called Tyler and expressed our concerns, he responded right away addressed everything and did not just brush us off. The next morning first thing they sent out David and Armando. They fixed all the issues. They went way over and above to make sure everything was right. They made sure we understood the workings of the new systems, staying with us while our system ran through a few cycles. They did not leave until we were fully happy and satisfied. Tyler even called while they were here to make sure everything was going well. We are so happy and satisfied with the honesty and service we received from Tyler, David and Armando we have decided to have some quotes on having MVP do some plumbing work for us.
I would recommend MVP whole heartedly. They are honest, and truly stand behind they word and work.

Boy oh boy where do I begin. I will say on the good note Easton was very good at his job I will say MVP sets their employees up for failure. This is not Eastons fault what so ever it’s the fact the company can’t give the proper tools to open the main drain clean out. So with is he had to take our toilet off and put back on that was $400 but included a camera guy to come out and take a look never heard from them. A month goes by and we have drain issues again I call and get a camera guy out. John the senior manager wanted to raise hell with not only me but my boyfriend as well and charge us another $400 because again the employees don’t have the right tools to open the clean out. Mind you John was being very disrespectful all while on a date with his wife. We were told if we could get the clean out opened that they would come out and do the camera inspection well guess what my boyfriend got it open we call get on the schedule I was scheduled between 1-4 I told them I had an appointment at 12 and would not be home until 1:30 my boyfriend decides to take off half a day of work to be home for the camera guy I get a call at 3:57 saying they are 20 mins out but of course I was getting ready for the plans I’ve had planes for a month and half. Now they have both numbers in our MVP account if one person does not answer please try the other number on the account. Needless to say our issue has not been resolved we will be looking for a new plumber to get our issue fixed. I would recommend for a simple thing but for bigger issues get a union worker.

What can I say about MVP? Once they show up to their appointment, they get the job done that’s for sure. But at the same time hope you have a good drywall person to come in when they are done. If I wanted my projects to look like an amateur did it I would have done the projects myself and not paid hundreds of dollars for it. Just unfortunate that they have gone down in quality of work and professionalism.

MVP started as a third opinion for us on the condition of our sewer line after the first two opinions we got were wildly different, but they quickly became our top choice. Chad Huslig walked us through everything he saw when scoping our sewer line and gladly answered our questions. Ultimately, MVP quoted us similar work as one of our first two options but at a significantly lower price, so we went with MVP. Their entire team was very professional, and we are happy with the entire experience.

We had a winter tune up today. Tech was cordial and quick. Maybe too quick! He told me the flame sensor needed to be cleaned and gave me a price. I declined the cleaning and he left. I noticed my home was getting cold so I turned up the heat a degree. Our furnace cycled but would not stay on. I'm a little bit knowledgeable so I pulled off the front cover and low and behold the flame sensor was left unplugged. I plugged it back in and our furnace is working fine. This was probably an honest mistake but for someone who wouldn't know to check they would be left without heat until who knows when. Do better!

We really appreciated our entire diagnostic and install team. We needed a totally new system and a new hot water tank. They worked super hard and cleaned up before they left; great experience! Rabah spotted problems at our regular checkup, he is a great communicator and got the process started. Antonio is a wonderful listener and communicator and made the selection process easy by explaining everything in non-technical terms. Caeden is a knowledgeable plumber and we will be asking for him in the future. Cody and Diego worked hard and knew their products, they made a great install team and Cody did a helpful walk-through for us at the end. The system works better than we anticipated. Finally, Maxwell saved the day: a few days after the install, I kept noticing an annoying sound. Maxwell came out quickly and had to really think and troubleshoot an issue that wasn’t easily found. Sure enough, he kept trying and finally found a minor issue causing the noise. Now the noise is gone and the system continues to run beautifully. We are having to turn the heat down lower than our previous system. Thanks MVP!
