From beginning to end, Anthony Plumbing was a good experience during a bad situation. Evan D. was fantastic to work with. He was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about getting us back up and running as quickly as possible, even same-day service during a snowstorm! He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and treated our home with respect. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers.

Due to stellar service and workmanship a plumber from Anthony provided several years ago, I had no doubt I would call them again for future services - this time for electrical work. Timothy took time to listen to our needs and was able to resolve them fully, quickly and professionally, even offering extra tips for future use.

LaVonda Lee, a very satisfied customer. I want to give an honest review for Anthony PHCE Tristan Adair; I I could not have asked for a more professional plumbing technician to come repair my sump pump. He answered all my questions before and after service and did a great job keeping me informed of cost and repairs needed. When I book anything plumbing related, I will be sure to ask for this specific technician to respond.

Replaced an older kitchen faucet that had to be cut out to remove. Timber from Anthony did a great job. He was very personable and professional. Showed me pictures and explained everything he was doing.

Had a leak on a component of our water heater, Fernando arrived within the time he said he would completed an inspection of the water heater. He was very thorough and clear in explaining what was wrong and what would need to be repaired. Very professional, nice, and efficient. Highly recommend!

While i’m happy with the work that was done I thought it was way overpriced. Changing out a couple of faucets where the parts probably cost about $50, but the total price was $1500 for about an hours. Work is ridiculous. We were in the situation where we were getting a new washer and dryer the next day so we went ahead and had it done. But based on this price, I will never use this company again. Also, they charge $119 just for coming out. I can understand if we decided not to have the services done that they charge the $119. But they add the $119 to the charge of the services that were done. I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. Usually, they deduct that amount off of the service that was done. I even double checked after the fact and it seems I was overcharged at least $500.

Mike is the best! He is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to ensure his work is done to the satisfaction of the customer. He has been to our house several times for routine HVAC tune ups and today he replaced a compressor in a mini split unit outside our garage in sub zero temperature. Thank you Mike for your excellent work!

Excellent service from the initial communication to the plumbing work. I called with an outdoor faucet leak with frozen garden hose attached. Anthony Martin was available within an hour! He explained the problem, gave repair options, and completed the job within 30 minutes. He made the plumbing better at the faucet as well as indoors where it connects, with updated equipment. I felt he's very trustworthy and easy going, no pressure, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I feel the company is straightforward and readily available. Thanks!

Cameron and Oscar did a fantastic job! Cameron explained that the plumber that installed hot water tank/thermal expansion tank installed the water shut off valve in wrong place and could cause serious damage. So he switched it to the correct way. Appreciate his years of experience to notice that. The blue tank photo is Cameron (Anthony Plumbing's) work. Definitely glad he and Oscar did the work.

John and his partner showed up around 6:00 PM and completed the plumbing repair within 90 minutes. They also helped remove the corroded hoses running from our new washer to the water sources and attach the new water hoses as well as the water hoses that was intended to lead to the new dryer. Their work was great, and they even cleaned up the floor after they were done, which I really appreciated! We probably paid more for Anthony PHCE to come out and do the work, but it was worth it for the timely, excellent service! We will definitely reach out to Anthony PHCE for future needs!

Kyle Keller was super friendly! Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Saved us time by buying a humidifier filter that desperately needed changed. Let us know about some other options available. Again super friendly and very personable.

From 27 year old furnace to brand new and making heat in 5 hours, 15 minutes...! Great team of tech's and a great installation...! Left everything nice and clean afterwards...!

Anthony Heating and Cooling+ did all they promised in their installation of a new 90% efficient furnace and dehumidifier (we've never had one of these before!). The furnace is quiet and responsive to our wishes via the thermostat. Fernando Barbosa did a fantastic job. He worked so quietly I slept through the installation! He cleaned the work site and left things better than they had been. We are well pleased!

We had a lot of work done in one day. Everything seems to be done with excellence. The workers were good at communication. There was one item that needed a simple follow up, which was done in a timely fashion and put the matter to rest. I appreciate the care they took in testing all the systems in stages and then had us check everything ourselves as well.

I needed help installing a bidet that has hot and cold water options. I started the installation on my own, but stopped after I couldn't get my top tank to stop leaking. The tech from Anthony was nice and able to stop the leak. He also hooked up the hot water option which involved drilling a hole in the cabinet to to connect to the sinks hot water source. I probably should have drilled the hole myself though because I would have preferred a less obvious spot near the bottom. He drilled it half way up and near the wall. His drill must have been right up against the wall though because he took some paint off the wall, which now sticks out like a sore thumb. Also the hose running through the cabinet is tied in a knot. The bidet works fine, but I really want to fix that knot and hope I don't have any issues reconnecting it after I disconnect it myself. I'm not sure it was worth $149, but I guess that's what you pay when you really want something to work again.

While doing a routine inspection and maintenance of our HVAC system, Johvan ran into some complicated problems; and with great patience, persistence, and courtesy, he worked tirelessly for over 5 hours until the problem was resolved. He did not gloss over it, take shortcuts, or try to get away early. In fact, he did the opposite, offering to stay and work even when we acknowledged how late it was and asked if he would like to finish later. We will always request Johvan to do the work here, and will always welcome him into our home. We found him to be knowledgeable, skilled, and a man of integrity.

Here is your response: John Marsh is what makes me give Anthony’s a 10 rating. John is most efficient, kind, professional, easy to talk to, walks me through signing on work that was accomplished, informative with all that was done and/or needs to be done on my hvac unit. (Heat this go round). John Marsh is by far the best service person that has been out in the past 7 years that I have had this unit. Your electrician that put up my emergency light and added an electrical outlet was fantastic “10” as well. They are my favorite people from Anthony’s and John is so good and I trust him. Thank you for hiring such a superior young man to your company. -
We had a different company come out earlier this morning and they tried, but they were not able to succeed so they recommended calling who we use before. So James came out and immediately got to work to try to get our service back up and going. Within a couple hours our boiler system was back up and running and he was nice enough to take the time to let us know each step of the way what he was doing and kept nothing top secret. The wife is happy so I’m happy. We are now getting on the PMA cycle. Thanks again James. We really appreciate it.

$1500 to install two kitchen faucets. 2-4 hour job.
Quotes are given on site and will not be provided over the phone. If you decline the quote they will attempt to charge you for the visit.
Plumbers arrive in pairs. A senior plumber, and an apprentice. They pay $16 an hour for their apprentices.
Experienced plumbers in Kanses City usually charge $150 an hour plus parts. Anthony’s is triple this cost. $750-$400 per hour in my case.
I have had one good experience with Anthony’s when they inspected my gas fireplace. They arrived on time and their pricing was very fair. I’m not sure what happened between the two visits/quotes.
Anthony’s is no doubt a staple provider in the Kansas City area. But they have grown to big to fast. My recommendation is to save your money, wait a day or two and go with someone that doesn’t use a computer to answer the phone. Computer receptionists don’t really scream “expertise,” and “no shortcuts” which is their justification for their exorbitantly high pricing. -
Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year January 2026 on a early Sunday morning called Anthony Heating and cooling and they came out with in 30 minutes. My furnace was 31 years old and needed a new mother board which would cost $950 but couldn't get it till Monday So we just decided to just put in an all new system and replace the 20 year old hot water heater too they said they could have it installed on Monday and they did showed up around 9:30am and was done by 5:30Pm and the job they did looks nice . I would highly recommend them to everyone.
