I wish to get some load here again again …

I came to deliver a load i was first driver to show up and they skipped me and kept me 5 hours the driver who come after me left in 30 minutes

I come to delivery 8:00 am still I'm here
Truck driver make sure bring food water
You be here 5 to 6 hours to unloaded

Nice enough folks....but dang it took a while to get unloaded! Would have been better if I had a "full clock" to start my day but running on recap hours is not good when running a load with multiple stops.

Showed at 0715 for my 0800 appointment. Walked in about 0720 to hand in my bol and was told twice they do not unload until 0800am. As if I didn't hear the frist time. And not to dock until 0800am. So if your planning on showing up early it's an issue. I docked at 0756. They did not start to unload my trl until 0900am. Also do not block the dock where the small truck is parked. This is for there customer's. Find elsewhere to park.

Not only did Jenn Stockton, and Kristen, give me the BEST Customer service they gave me the best price. They gave me the type of service I do my best to provide. They took their time to help and saw through my human tendencies to get to the solution I needed. I am grateful for that these days and wanted to make sure Jenn and Kristen knew that!

Anthony technicians are the best. Had 2 lights that were strobing for a few months. Lauren came in and got everything straightened out easily and happily. Love my Anthony people!

This service call was a bit of a nightmare. Nothing was working out or going as planned. What saved it from being a total disaster was Aldo. Through it all, Aldo was extremely professional. He wasn’t rattled. He communicated what he was dealing with and how he wanted to proceed. He cleaned up after himself. He was true to his word. He was all the little things that elevate a service experience. 5 stars for Aldo.

I had a hidden leak from the kitchen to the basement. Anthony sent their employee plumber John Paul and thankfully he solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and skillful. He also located some other minor issues and addressed those also. He went the extra mile and everything was in tip top shape when he left. No doubt, he was the best plumber we have ever worked with in the thirty years we have lived in our house.

Anthony (Tony) was very professional and personable. He carefully explained what needed to be done, why each task needed to be done and provided pictures too. We really appreciated his expertise and hard work. It's so wonderful to have hot water again after months of having to wait a long time for hot water to come into the faucets AND to have a bathroom sink that drains. Also,he reseated a wobbly toilet and installed a new outdoor faucet. We HIGHLY recommend Anthony (Tony) Temple and Anthony's Business to anyone!!

Rick did a great job at helping me understand what's going with my new home. He walked me through what needed to be address now and what I could do later to space out the financial burden. His customer service skills are top notch and he made me feel less anxious about the work needed.

Excellent installation by Elijah and super fast turn around on the entire AC/Furnace project! Super punctual and communication was top notch the whole time!

Adam Evanswith was exceptional to work with. He diagnosed our plumbing issue quickly, told us exactly how much it would cost prior to starting the work and had the issue resolved within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend him to others.
