I recently had LDK install a new system in my +1 acre lawn, and I was really blown away with the service and drive to achieve what we were looking for. Luke went above and beyond designing the layout and architecture of the system to cover all the areas we needed, but still getting adequate water coverage. They jumped through hoops to get the entire job done when I needed it, and followed through on every commitment. Luke took my calls and texts in the evening and over the weekend to get things ready.
There are lots of rocks in my area below the surface of the soil, that come up during the installation. His team picked up every stone like it never happened. They even left me with a couple extra nozzles for future repairs if needed. Having used the system now, it's clear this was a top-rate professional job. I like to work on things myself maintaining the system, and LDK set me up to do just that. Highly recommend LDK.

Braydon was early, very well spoken and a good communicator, got right after the project, and did it right!

Braydon at LDK always does an outstanding job keeping our lawn looking good. He goes the extra mile to make sure our gates are always shut for our dogs and makes sure the patio is free of grass clippings. I would highly recommend LDK and appreciate Braydon’s attention to detail.

A huge shout out to LDK Lawn Services, who just completed weed removal and re-mulching the landscape beds around our home. Braydon, Travis, and Levi did a remarkable job. They were courteous, thorough, and worked until no weed exited and our beds were absolutely beautiful. The mulch used appears high quality, and was distributed on the beds with perfection. A well-done job thanks to these three guys and LDK. We could not be happier with the services we have received from them, from trimming hedges earlier, to replenishing the mulch. Excellent!

Dan did a great job on designing our patio and landscaping design. He was very responsive, communicated well, and the plan he made us is beautiful!

Since our current design had been in place for several years Dan incorporated existing beds, plants and mature trees into the innovative design he developed. Dan did a complete landscape design for our home. It looked good when first completed & looks great several years later. The plan allowed space for the plants to grow & mature while not requiring a lot of maintenance. We highly recommend this company!

We used Dan to design a fix for our backyard drainage issue. We are implementing the plan in phases with the first phase burying some drains and installing a dry creek bed. The completion of the dry creek bed has transformed the backyard. Dan came out and looked at the yard, listened to our issues and designed a great plan. He did exactly what he told us he would and we were very happy with his work.

Dan was so great to work with in redesigning our landscape. He was friendly, punctual, thorough and incredibly easy to work with. The level of detail and amount of care he provided in both the plans and written communication far exceeded my expectations. At several points in the design process my husband and I remarked to each other that this was some of the best money we have invested in to our home. Highly recommend!

Dan is a remarkable and gifted designer, and a brilliant land plan engineer. We liked him immediately upon meeting him and enjoyed every step of the design process (including our multiple revisions, Dan is REALLY patient and a GREAT listener!).

Dan also went the extra mile several times with visits to our house to make sure the landscaping company executed our plans down to literally the inch.

We started with a dire need for landscaping to address a number of issues at the house. We now have a master plan for our home, a great first phase complete thanks to Dan, and a phased plan to achieve the rest. We are so appreciative of All By Design KC and all of Dan’s time and talent!

Dan is great to work with! He designed and provided guidance for our front yard make-over which included a large retaining wall, dry creek bed, large planting beds with boulders and landscape lighting. Dan has a keen eye for design and attention to detail. He listened to our ideas and goals, assessed the area to be transformed, and created a beautiful 2D landscape design plan. Dan chose plants that complement each other in color, texture and size, providing interest in all seasons. We were able to collaborate on the plant selection, fine tuning the choices to achieve the look that we desired. We are very pleased with our new landscape, and would definitely use Dan again for any future projects. He is creative, courteous, and a good communicator. We would highly recommend Dan to others.

I have never hired a professional to design landscaping before. As a novice, I had no idea how this process would work. On our first visit, Dan was punctual, professional, and friendly. We walked the yard together and I gave him a summary of what we hoped to achieve. He had an uncanny ability to grasp what I wanted and immediately gave me ideas for improvements. He took detailed measurements of the lot and of the slope of the land before he left. He stayed in touch, sent me a preliminary design, and we tweaked it a couple of times before he was done.

Dan's design perfectly captured my ideas, and incorporated them into a plan that was far beyond my expectations. We had some drainage issues that he addressed in his design, and his plant recommendations will bring beauty that I would never have been able to imagine on my own.
He was worth every penny of his fee, and I have NO complaints.
