Dan and his team have been fantastic to work with. It is very easy to schedule cleanings and the staff is always super professional and on time. They are extremely thorough and do a great job. I will definitely continue to use them for future cleanings.

Booked a move out cleaning with them and was very satisfied. Very communicative over text and very accommodating of last minute schedule changes. The cleaners (A husband wife duo) did an excellent job of cleaning the apartment. Highly recommend!

Dan is highly unprofessional. They continued to set off our alarms. Dan asked us to forward a bill if we receive one for this, Once we forwarded the bill from the Police Dept for False alarms, Dan immediately canceled our services and still has not returned the key per our request.

When I thought there was an issue with my previous cleaners less than 24 hours before my move, Best Clean KC was able to accommodate me for a full move in cleaning for 7 am the next day! It turned out my previous cleaners were actually able to come, so I didn’t get to use Best Clean KC’s services, but will certainly plan to in the future! We have used other companies that didn't do a great job but Best Clean KC did way better by far. We received a deep cleaning service that was badly needed for a dirty and dusty house with wood floors. All the floors, bathroom and kitchen looked amazing afterwards. Customer service was good as well with good communication and updates as needed

We worked with the owner Dan Meek and it has been a very disappointing experience. We delivered the agreed service of providing him with commercial cleaning walkthroughs, and he was even able to close around 4-5 recurring accounts, but when it came time for him to pay for our service, things went downhill.

Despite more than 8-10 reminders, Dan kept saying payment was already made and even promised to send proof - but nothing ever arrived.

What’s worse is this whole situation is the communication. Instead of being upfront or cooperative, the responses were vague, repetitive, and ultimately unhelpful. At times we were simply ignored, and at others we were given assurances that led nowhere.

When he needs you, he will respond in under 5 minutes, but when not he will not respond for weeks, and now simple wouldn’t care to respond at all

It’s not just about the payment - it’s about trust, honesty, and accountability. Our team puts in the work, helped Dan in situations where he was not able to close recurring commercial cleaning accounts, we suggested a couple of changes and after Dan implemented it, he closed a few.

For anyone considering doing business with Dan Meek - Best Clean KC, I’d urge caution and to be careful. I wouldn’t want any other business or customer to waste their time or put their trust in a partner who doesn’t follow through

Dan and his team led by Julie are thorough and professional making sure her team is doing everything right and up to a clients expectations.

This company did an amazing job! I’m very impressed with their work. They got all the nooks and crannies and did my checklist I asked for. They were great at communicating prior. I’m definitely going to have them back again.
