Horrible experience! Do not use this company. I hired them for a move out cleaning and ended up feeling awkward because they skipped so many things and I had to keep asking them to please do it. They skipped cleaning (even just a swipe of a duster) backs of doors, corners of floors and under desks and my vanity. I specifically asked them to prioritize the vents and the ceiling fans when they asked and they skipped the vents and did a quick swipe with a wet cloth on the ceiling fans which just ended up leaving black streaks. They weren’t told they were cleaning the fridge so they had me message their boss to confirm, which I did, and then they skipped the freezer and the condiment drawers. I had to wipe off dripping yellow cleaning solution from my cabinets which had peeled some of the paint and left the paint tacky to the touch and easy to peel further. I also had to wash off dirty water splash marks from the bottom cabinets from when they had mopped. They didn’t wipe mirrors or pictures until I pointed it out. The company did offer to have them come back and finish but frankly after a whole day of that back and forth for these results and then needing to clean up after them, no thanks.

Terrific cleaning service. They did a tremendous job and the communication leading up to, during and following the cleaning was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We are hosting Easter this year and decided it best to just get a service. This was the first time we have had a professional clean and with how absolutely phenomenal they did, it won’t be our last. They had incredible attention to detail. The house smells amazing and the clean was so perfect. Initially, it just looked beautiful. As I was able to take more time and look deeper, I was so incredibly impressed with the detail. Our 10 year old absolutely adored how they made her bed and arranged her stuffed animals (easily 10-20 of them) on it, as an example of the care and effort. The two women who did our cleaning were very nice and we would definitely trust them with a future clean. We had a deep clean service done on most of our house and it was a really fair price for a total cleaning area of about 1800-2000 sq ft.

Best Clean KC was amazing! They did an incredible job making my home spotless, were super friendly with my dogs, and even took the extra time to organize my closet. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I had Best Clean come and do a regular cleaning of my house to get me caught up after recovering from knee surgery. I generally keep a very clean house. The cleaning was as expected, nicely done with the wood floors mopped and everything dusted which had been driving me nuts. It wasn’t quite as good as if I’d done it but the whole house was finished by two people in two hours. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were 1 hour and 15 minutes late due to scheduling and then getting the wrong address. It was annoying to keep being told only a few more minutes 3 times and then hear nothing. I had to call back after another 20 minutes went by to figure out if they gave up or were still coming.

I just had my first clean with Julie’s team and they were incredible! Prompt, kind, and quick, while still doing really great work. I’d recommend them to anyone ☺️

Best clean KC has been so great for our family! We are new parents and I do not have time to clean the house like I used to. Best clean takes that pressure away and leaves us with a clean home. Experience I had with Best Clean KC! Nelsy and her team were amazing! They cleaned my entire home from top to bottom. My husband and I sold our house after 38 years and needed carpets cleaned as well as the garage floor scrubbed and washed out. The whole house shines! I had Mariela with Best Clean KC out to my apartment to perform a cleaning before the holidays. I have been super busy and haven't had much time. She cleaned my living room, kitchen bathroom and bedroom and wow, was I'm impressed. She took her time and made my kitchen and bathroom look brand new! Shower glass doors were the cleanest they had been in awhile. I was thankful for the dusting as it's not something I enjoy doing at all. I will have her and Best Clean KC back soon to help with keep things clean and tidy. They are reasonably priced and that definitely matters!

I had to leave in a hurry and felt terrible about the amount of trash I left - in the cabinets, the freezer and fridge, and on the floor.

To my amazement, the crew handled everything, and left the entire house spotless! I could not be happier with the job they did and will definitely be hiring them again.

They paid such great attention to detail, left everything from the cabinets to the fridge to the bathroom sparkling clean! They were also very easy to talk to and very communicative throughout the entire process.

I reached out to this company for help due to our maintaining staff being short and overwhelmed with work orders. This company did a fantastic job in turning two units and executed it quicker than our normal team.
