Chris Taylor Sons has done a lot of work for me. Replaced my kitchen floor and repaired the broken wood under the floor. Rebuilt my front steps after a truck wheel and tire destroyed it. He replaced my bathroom flooring with tile. He blocked up a basement window so I didn't need to replace the glass again. You can't even tell there was a window there. He's cleaned my gutters a few times. He is always prompt, courteous. An ALL AROUND GOOD GUY!!! I would recommend him for all repairs.

Chris is a great guy to hire for any home improvement project!

I appreciate his positive attitude, commitment to getting the job done and overall positive experience with entire project from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Taylor and Son's Handyman Services! Chris, the owner, did an amazing job installing a custom kitchen island using cabinetry and butcher block. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and his rates were very reasonable. I also had him remove some old kitchen cabinets for my remodel and replace my stair banister with a more modern design — everything turned out perfectly. Chris was professional, detail-oriented, and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. I highly recommend Taylor and Son’s for any home projects!

Taylor and Sons built a fence for us. Chris and his crew worked meticulously and completed the job in an extremely reasonable amount of time. This fence will benefit our family for years to come and our neighbors have been complimenting it all weekend. I would recommend this company for any job!

I’ve used Taylor and Sons over the last several years from Building a Tree House to Bathroom remodeling to refinishing a wood burning stove to just a few small simple things. Chris is always great with communication and quality! I can tell he really takes pride in what he does. I would recommend Taylor and Sons to anyone looking to tackle any home project and even beyond at times!

Chris and his team installed a new light fixture for us. It was more of an undertaking that we could handle and I'm very thankful Chris took on this project. We ended up needing some extra bracing and ceiling paint, which Chris knocked out in quick order. Communication was great throughout the project and pricing was very competitive. Looking forward to our next project with Chis! 10/10 would recommend to those looking for quality work at their house!

Eric Petersen, came right out when I ask for the bid, sat on our front porch and wrote it up and explained what he would do and need, to do the job. We had several bids and Eric's was the most impressive. Not just the price but how he conducted business. He did the job we requested and more! Not only did he power wash our decks and seal them exactly as we requested, he also fixed any repairs they needed.

He offered his services if we needed anything, any time. We will definitely refer him to anyone and call him if we need any further services.

I had an in-home estimate about a new stair railing back in October. The craftsman arrived on time and told me he'd get back to me with a quote, but never did. A week or two later I called Handyman Connection and left a voice mail about getting an estimate on my project. I never received a call or email back about my estimate. I would not recommend this company.

Dennis Johnson did a great job. He was very nice ,on time and completed my projects. He even went to the store to purchase a piece that I did not have. I would definitely recommend Dennis to anyone.

First, I would like to say that this is the 2nd time I have used Handyman Connection, and I will again in the future. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done, and really like our handyman -- Steve Rice. Steve worked for us last year on installing some kitchen cabinets, and he went above and beyond! He even fixed some badly installed cabinets and an over-the-stove microwave that was leaning forward. He did a little carpentry project to hide an exposed corner on a toe-kick -- all without us asking.

This time, Steve did some plumbing work for us -- installing a single shower valve, and raising the shower head. Again -- great work.

The reason I did NOT give 5 stars is because of the customer service in the office. I don't mind a delay -- as long as it is communicated to me. This was where the breakdown occurred. I was told on more than one occasion that someone would contact me "tomorrow" or "later that same day." Never happened. I had to keep calling the company to find out when I would get my quote, and when a handyman would be scheduled. At one point, the person in the office asked me if I had ever been in charge of people? What was THAT all about.

I will say that after I expressed my displeasure at being put off, a craftsman was scheduled very soon, and I even received a call the following day stating that Steve had a cancelation, and was able to fit me in that same day -- very nice! Unfortunately, I could not take them up on the offer due to a scheduling conflict, but was very appreciative of the effort!

Overall, great experience with the craftsman, I feel the prices are reasonable, and the "so-so" experience with the office staff was corrected.

I called to have the electrical outlet to my garbage disposal reconnected with the switch. Also had a drippy faucet and toilet that wouldn't flush right. I scheduled an appointment for a week later. About 2 hours later Handyman Connection called me back to say that Steve was available the very next day. Steve was great to work with exceptionally friendly and didn't make it feel uncomfortable at all. He explained everything he was going to do, and again as he was fixing everything. When we realized we needed a new sink he told me to call him and he could come back to fix it. I got the sink later that day and he returned in the afternoon to put it in.

He was the best handyman we have used. I will defiantly refer to all my friends.

Great experience with Handyman Connection! The office/scheduler was flexible and able to work with my schedule. Andy was onsite to provide an estimate of the work to be done and provide a clear estimate. The day before the work was to be completed Andy followed up with me to confirm and the next day was onsite and ready to go as scheduled. He was careful to keep the small mess he was making contained (so much so I didn't even need to sweep up after him). He got everything done perfectly, was professional and a joy to work with.

I love my wife, my family ... not a service provider. Easy to set up an appointment, straight forward estimate, work was well done ... clean up was great [despite my wife's belief that electricians are terribly mess workers].

All prices are high, I suppose, but I got the work done right for what I was willing to pay.

We'll continue to sue as needed.

Handyman Connection was easy to work with and kept to their estimate. Tyson did a good job on the repair to the chimney trim, he took the time to do a repair that will last.

We found Handyman Connection on google. We' were able to schedule an appointment within a week and had them quote and finish our full bathroom job (3 bathrooms with mirrors and towel bars) within two hours (11 total pieces installed)

John was excellent, friendly and very precise in his installation of our goods.

I will be using these folks again very soon!

Contacted Handyman Connection to install a locking mail box at our office for after hours payments. They were able to have a craftsman come out to our office the same day and do the work. They were professional, it looks great, and they charged a fair price! We'll definitely use Handyman Connection for future projects. Mary

Tyson did an excellent job repairing/replacing the wood rot on our home. He was punctual, courteous and professional. The cost of the work was also quite reasonable. We are completely satisfied with our Handyman experience.

I've used Handyman Connection 4 years in a row for a few spring maintenance tasks and despite telling them exactly what work I need and what tools the handyman should bring to complete the work, they never arrive prepared. I also work from home, and am on frequent client calls so I need to block off a window for their arrival/work, which also doesn't get communicated; e.g., am told they'll be here at noon and then get a text at 8:30 as I'm about to get on a client call telling me they're about to arrive. The work has always been good (if expensive - $300 to clean my dryer vent and replace batteries in 4 smoke detectors!), but they need to improve their internal communication. Will probably try another service next year.
