Mo's Heating & Air Conditioning worked on a building i own in Olathe and did a fantastic job. They set 2 Condensers for me and it was painless. They did a great job it works great and also cleaned up after the job was done. I really appreciate a company that does what they say they will do. I also asked Jason if he would look at a roof top unit at a dance studio my daughter works at and he got on it immediately and they could not be Happer with what Jason did on this job. I had a retail Constuction Company for 40 years and we worked all over the US and Mo's is one of the best I have dealt with.

We’ve had our unit almost 2 years and each maintenance visit has been clearly communicated, easily scheduled, and with great customer service. Today we had technician Cory come out and he provided excellent service as well as thoughtful recommendations. I especially appreciated the use of shoe coverings and cleanliness given our household having small children.

Alec visited our house, extremely nice and communicative in everything he did. Appreciate his honesty and options to fix the issue we had. Calling him out again!!!

Moe comes out to check my furnace and A/C every year since I purchased the complete unit years ago. He explains how everything is working well and makes suggestions. I really appreciate him.

Our experience with Neal Harris has been nothing less than AWESOME! A few years back we purchased a new HVAC System and added the Advantage Service Plan. Last year we gad them to clean and sanitize our ventilation system for the entire home. This week, we gad them to come out for our annual HVAC maintenance where we had the pleasure of working with Cory Kessler. Cory was very great to work with. He was knowledgeable about our system, kind, and looked out for our home as if it was his own. Cory brought to our attention that our water heater was at the end of its life cycle as we gad a very bad leak. My husband and I agreed that it was time for a replacement. Cory then had Allen to come out to discuss our options. We decided to go tankless. He took the time to examine placement, walked us through the process and was very patient with our questions. Allen was amazing as he was able to get us scheduled right away! Today we had the pleasure of working with Erick and Austin who did an amazing job replacing our old water heater with the tankless. They were also kind, knowledgeable, and respected us and our home. This awesome team: Cory, Allen, Erick, and Austin were absolutely outstanding in their service and represented Neal Harris Company very well!! Daniel and Gavin were great, fast, thorns efficient. They then facilitated an upgrade on our old hot water heater.

Daniel was on time, professional, explained work done, showed me how to properly work my thermostat. Much appreciated! Alec came right after Daniel to service my hot water heater. He came in with a smile and professionally performed what was needed! I appreciated everything.

I had 2 service guys .. Lucas and Arcadio and they arrived on time, reviewed what they would be doing, showed respect for the property and promptly followed up with me when they were finished. They were very accommodating and I asked for them to take some photos of what they did and they sent them right away. I was very satisfied with their work! I would highly recommend these guys!

These people are awful.... they came to our house to give us an estimate and/or provide services..... We are NOT rich and live on a fixed income. They gave us an extremely high estimate and when we asked for them to do the very basic for us(it's winter and we needed to stay warm).... they said for what we needed done it'd be $548..... we decided against this bc even this seemed EXTREMELY high..... we went to the hardware store where we bought our heating source and they actually sold us the pieces we needed for under $40 and explained to us how to do the project. I understand folks need to make money to run a business but to charge us that much money is just insane to charge us over $500 for something that took us less than 30 minutes to do(my hb is disabled and I'm not very handy tbh) is upsetting.... I'm guessing large companies get cheaper parts than we did and also would have taken less than our 30 minutes to install them.... shame on you!

Had yearly maintenance on my furnace...Daniel Milosevic arrived early in the time slotted for the job and checked the furnace, finding no problems...cleaned what needed to be cleaned and making sure all was in working order, told me I was all set for the coming year. Quick and painless and expertly done, as one would hope these maintenance checks should be.

Cory and Josh came and performed a thorough examination of my AC equipment. They were very helpful in going over everything and explaining it. They, at my request, performed one small preventive replacement. Also told me a lot about my equipment.

Moe immediately tackled and diagnosed the problem for us. He diligently serviced and communicated us. He showed what he found and how he improved our systems as the way we could understood. We were well informed and better understanding of our high efficiency system. Our furnace is back on and working well. Thank you!

Moe was our technician tonight and was once before. He was professional and thorough each time. Due to his excellent service, we will be sticking with Neal Harris for our needs.

Both technicians were excellent.
I had a window of time today, 12 to 4 but about a little after 10AM a text saying they were on their way. The service was excellent, but the company needs to make an appointment or a window of time and keep to that. If at all possible.

Excellent service. First time using Neal Harris. Technician AJ diagnosed the problem another companies Technician missed. This was a call out on Sunday. I will be joining the Advanatge program. I would recommend

AJ, knows boilers! My hot water heater system is unique to most, but AJ has my back. While we wait for some parts, he made sure it was working sufficiently to be ready for the cold weather that came in last night. I feel safe, knowing that he thoroughly checked the system and got it up and running again. And when the parts come in, it will only be off for a few hours.

Just had our furnace checked under the maintenance program. Cory, service tech, was right on time and did is complete check of my system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughly. If I could chose who they sent, Cory would be at the top of the list!
