Everything about my experience with this company, its owner Brian and his assistant Madison was exceptional to say the least. From the first phone call Madison walked me through the process step by step, a good start when you are cold calling companies to get a service you have never had done before. We went through pricing and all the different services they provided by the end of the call I felt like I had a clear picture of the process and what it was going to cost, so the appointment was made. The day of Brian showed up early, impressive in today's service companies. Not too often do you have the owner come out and provide the service. Once we got started my home ended up being way more of a job than expected. My home was built in the early 80's and come to find out we don't think the ducts were ever cleaned as we were finding construction debris and insulation in the vents. This made his job that much more difficult, needless to say 50 years of dust and debris was not an easy task. Not only did he get the job done but he did it right and very thorough! I purchased my childhood home from my folks, we had originally moved into this home in 2001 and I have lived in this home for 15 years of my life. Had allergies all my life to things outdoors. Did not know how important it is to clean your vents until sitting in my home writing this review physically feeling better after only one day of a cleaning. In conclusion, I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a good company that sticks behind their service. Had the whole house done, including the dryer vent exhaust. Not cheap, but worth it. They did an excellent job. Took great care to not damage any of the woodwork in the house while cleaning out 25+ vents. Dryer’s working better than it has for quite some time. Will definitely hire them again.

Just had whole house air duct cleaning and would highly recommend Heritage! Excellent customer service, communication about pricing, scheduling, procedure and arrived at the scheduled time. Amazing job! They replaced our old, unsafe dryer vent with a new, properly routed system. I could immediately tell the difference in dryer performance.

We took the air duct maintenance special for 129$ per system and with tax came out to close to 280$ for 2 units. I would not recommend this to special to anyone at all. All they do is inspection. There is no cleaning of the ducts. They hook a machine to any one of the vents which is supposed to take out loose dust. Well that should be cleared by your air filter. Even the duct in which they hooked the machine to is as dirty as before, forget about all the other 25-30 ducts in our home. The follow up quote to clean the ducts is twice the price compared to reputed company in the area even discounting the 280$ I ended up paying for inspection. They may do a good job cleaning the ducts but we do not know, we will not plan to use this company. So if you want air duct cleaning ask directly for a quote rather than going through this maintenance special. Shared the feedback with the company, owner was supposed to call back but did not. Looks like additional reviews buried amongst the good ones say the same thing. Do your research.

Very happy with the air duct cleaning service. The team found some disconnected duct sections and repaired them on the spot. I can feel a big difference in air pressure and temperature control.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working during a hot day, and we needed help fast. This team arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired by the afternoon. Their experience really showed, and we’re so grateful for their quality work.

Unfortunately was not happy with my service. Chose the 125 dryer vent cleaning special. After they had done half of it, told us that it was too clogged for a normal cleaning and needed to do a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning is $300 on top of the $125. I was able to get them to just do it for 299. The guy didn't wear a mask which seemed weird. When they emptied cleaned out the cents from the outside, the lint just flew everywhere and covered all the plants (maybe this is normal?) I asked him to send me the before and after photos and he never did. The technician was fine but rolled his eyes at me a few times but Im just used to that being a woman who is dealing with house repairs. Overall just a bad experience and won't be using them again for any future services.

I was impressed by the level of detail the technicians put into cleaning my furnace. They explained everything thoroughly and worked with precision. My furnace runs more smoothly now, and the team's expertise really showed. A job well done!
