Ben's knowledge of the gas fireplaces and the way they burn was excellent. It was good information for me. He professionalism was excellent. When I started to question him on his knowledge and get more money out of me for a part I didn't need, he remained professional. It happened to be a issue he had never encountered (sometimes that happens). His professionalism continued to shine when I showed him problem, why the fireplace would not light. It was a safety switch that was not completing the circuit. He thanked me for teaching him so he will know the next time.

Wow! Best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Bryan was courteous, kind, prompt and thorough. Our home was built in 1908 so our vents are a challenge and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were able to see before and after pics and our vents are markedly cleaner and we have even noticed a difference in our air quality since( we have an air purifier that measures this). We hired them for a full air duct cleaning on a 10-year-old system. The amount of dust and debris they removed was alarming. The technicians were polite and didn’t leave a trace behind.

Horrible experience, asked for a free estimate and they gave me a HUGE qoute and then wanted to charge me $99 for the free estimate that I was told on the phone as well as on the website. Tech tried to sell me on a discounted price if he did it "on the side" very shady company from the techs to the manager I spoke with on the phone. I would ADVOID this company at all cost. They had a promo for $199 cleaning and then says I need 3k worth of work. Bait and switch at its finest.

Bryan was exceptional!! Awesome gentleman and I strongly recommend him with no reservations for any home services anyone might have. He took his time to take pictures of all the things that needed to be done. It was amazing what was in our vent system and he took care of it. He gave us a fair price that we can afford. The fireplace maintenance technician arrived exactly on time and performed a complete cleaning and safety check. I appreciated how detailed he was, making sure the damper and ignition system were fully functional.

On time respectful, right too work. Told me what was happening with my fireplace and what I needed to do to keep it from catching my house on fire 🔥.

The tech is supposed to call 30 minutes before they are going to arrive. My window was 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. By 4:30 I called the company to find out what was going on and to say I was unable to wait any longer (I had already waited 2 and 1/2 hours). Again, if he was calling 30 minutes before he was going to arrive, he would not have been there until 5:00 p.m. which was the end of the window. Additionally, the company trief to call me during the window that I was waiting for their serviceman to arrive to *sell me their services* as if I didn't already have an appointment which was very disconcerting. Finally, when someone let me know that the service man got held up at his prior appointment and asked me to reschedule, they made no offer of compensating me for my wasted time.

My dryer vent was completely clogged, and I didn’t even realize the fire risk. United Home Services came out the next day and cleaned it thoroughly. I feel so much safer now, and my dryer is working like new.

This is a scam. I signed up for the 125 duct cleaning he then said it was 129 not 125! After about 10 min in …. Ben said it was too clogged for regular or basic cleaning and needed a deep cleaning and would charge me 249. I asked him to write out an estimate of the addtl cleaning that would need to take place and I would review with my husband and maybe get other estimates. He then said he was done! I said you’re done already? he said yes! I asked to see what actually came out of the vent from the “Basic” cleaning and literally nothing was in there… I asked him where was the dust and debris that came out of the 20 min cleaning he just completed? He said that was it due to it was too clogged! Literally, as good as me taking my own vacuum cleaner to my hall vent and vacuuming it out. Yea know this was a scam! Don’t fall for it! Especially for the 125 special! I would also like a refund please? It literally took him less than 30 min and half of that was pulling the machine into the house!
