I called on a Monday morning at 10:00, by 12:15 there was a technician at my door. He diagnosed the problem, tore out water heater, and replaced within 3 hours. The mechanic called me several times and communicated effectively. I would highly recommend Stratton Mechanical to others.

The owner (Dennis) came out and diagnosed my problem, and a work order was swiftly put in, his employee came out 2 days later and fixed my heater issue and my air conditioner both running like new,
finally a company who is professional and does not gouge you on the price . If you need HVAC services this is the place to go with.

I had a number of companies give me quotes (or completely neglect to call me about a quote) but mister Stratton himself came out and explained my options, and there was no pressure to go with the biggest or best. He only wanted to make sure I had my questions answered. I had them install a new heating and AC unit, and the installation went flawlessly. The technicians were respectful, and professional. They will always be my first phone call if I need anything done.

Not only did the owner of Stratton come out within a couple of hours of being called to quote a new A/C unit when mine failed, and Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling try to gouge me on price, he got it installed the next morning! He also quoted and got installed--that same day as the A/C--a 50 gallon hot water heater. This is a very honest and straight forward company to deal with. No playing games with costs, or jacking them up so they can pretend you are getting a big discount when you aren't. They give a good and fair price up front. You won't be disappointed if you use Stratton! 👍🏻

Absolutely terrible customer service! Stay far away!

I called to request a repair and when I asked questions he made me feel like an idiot. Not cool.

We highly recommend Bill for any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC problem. He's done everything we've ever needed done since we bought our house six years ago from installing a new furnace and A/C system to fixing minor plumbing leaks. He's easy-going, honest, extremely competent, and thorough--and provides great customer service.

Bill is a good man. He has the heart of a teacher and educates you about your AC and what you need to do to keep it running. The education alone was just as valuable as the work done. Costs were reasonable and honest. Good man. I don't often do reviews, but in this case Bill DESERVES a good review. I wish we had more like him serving the community. In today's world, you can't be sure what you are going to get with a lot of companies and professions - and that is true across all industries and professions. I feel confident that I can rely on Bill Dean's Mechanical for honest and good work based on my experience and character observation. Thanks Bill.

Bill came out first thing in the morning and was the first technician to return my late call Tuesday night. He came out and fixed my Air Conditioner and delivered on his promises and on budget.

He is also thorough, he noticed our Water Heater pump was not installed correctly and could possibly break down and release carbon monoxide into our home. He was able to fix this free of charge. I'd recommend and use him and will be my first call for any issues.

Tech Brian was awesome and prompt. He made sure was our office was nice and cold.

Brian came and got straight in and found the problem within a half hour and replacing my filters now. Please keep up on the maintenance on your units. So you won’t have bigger problems.
