Said heat exchanger needed replaced so might as well just replace system and quoted $6000. Didn’t fix current pressure switch. Found replacement heat exchanger for $695 so beware of upsell.

Did a great job, here in a timely way and fix the furnace in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

They did an excellent job. I’m so glad to have hot water again. only bad thing is I don’t have any water pressure in the hot line in my kitchen

Had some duct worked done on my house last week due to raccoons making a nest in the attic. They showed up on Tuesday, told me they could get it done by Friday, and now my house is warm during the colder seasons approaching. They will be my go to hvac company whenever I have any concerns

Had them come out and inspect my heater since winter is coming soon found out they stopped making parts for my system and decided to upgrade to a newer model. Overall 10/10 experience would recommend them for any/all my HVAC needs

Horrible customer service! I had a plumbing leak and both Manny’s came out submitted repair to my home warranty. The repair was approved almost 1 month ago. I have called 6 times to schedule repair with no return phone call.

Furnace broke down they came and figured out the problem on christmas and had it fixed nxt day due to my furnace being so old bless them now dont have to worry bout pipes freezing. They found very old part i highly recommend them thank u guys.

Called Friday, Gonzalez showed up that same day to inspect what was needed. Everything was installed by Tuesday, I am very satisfied with the work done. Got a good deal, got a new free furnace with my purchase of an AC, 0% apr for 24 months.

I really appreciated working with Manuel and Gonzo HVAC. Despite some hurdles placed by our warranty company, they overcame those and got us fixed up. It was a pleasure having them take care of us.

Gonzo's did a great job. I had an issue with a faulty thermostat. The technician was able to diagnose the issue and we figured out how to get it working. He also identified other issues that I need to address that were overlooked by the other HVAC company that worked on my unit.

They took care of the problem and even offered to be a routine maintenance person if needed. They handled business and wanted to be a part of maintaining my home moving forward. I will be calling them for all of my needs in this area. They are who you are looking for.

They did an amazing job! They always focus on doing there very best! They had to replace a bad part so had to drive 20 minutes away to the nearest hardware store, and didn’t charge extra.

Got a text they’d arrive sometime between 3-7pm. Didn’t show up until 748pm with no notice or update that they were running late. Didn’t ask if it was still okay. I have 3 children. It was not okay.

THEN. I purchased the house as single woman. Only my name was on any paperwork they would have on their end. When the kid arrived, I answered the door, I spoke with him and I explained what was going on, I took him through the house. My male friend then shows up. All of a sudden, he would direct all conversation and questions to my male friend. Would hardly look at me while explaining everything, as he was too busy speaking to the other male in the room and was extremely dismissive of me. The home owner and the one paying him….

Manny performed a thorough furnace inspection. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. While the results of the inspection were not pleasant, I am happy that Manny was able to show to me and explain to me the issues that need to be addressed. I would gladly trust Manny/Gonzo’s with any future residential HVAC needs.

Manuel and his team did a great job of replacing my ac unit. I had messaged him to request an inspection in the evening. Early the next morning him and his team arrived and were working on a solution for my problem. Professional service done right, fast, and affordable price. My unit is now up to code. He also installed a new thermostat that I can now control with my phone. Very content with the results.

Gonzo's came out to repair our wall unit that had been making a knocking noise. They were very communicative, arrived promptly for their schedule appointment, and were very polite and friendly. Of course, our wall unit decided it was fine and no longer made any noise once Gonzo's arrived, so there wasn't anything to be repaired. Emmanuel was very kind and generous and didn't charge anything for the service call. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any heating and cooling needs. The guys came out and immediately identified the problem. They got our heat back on temporarily until a part could be ordered. They were both very courteous and I could tell they were very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC problems.

They were fast, responsive, and extremely efficient. I called with an emergency due to water overflowing in our basement, and even though it was later in the day, they made time to fit us in. The issue was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Our heating and cooling system was a mess. We had Two companies Come out for a repair and each time they said they would not touch it because it was a safety Hazard. We’re brand new homeowners and when we purchased the house, The previous owners put in a brand new furnace. Not only was it put in backwards, Our AC unit was put in incorrectly as well. The previous company Wouldn’t come fix it. Every company that came to look at it wouldn’t even Quote me for the work. Manny and his team came out and took care of us. his team really cared about the safety of our family .They Were very respectful, efficient and quick. I cannot recommend this company enough! Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for his team !
