Extremely professional, solid and reliable company. Have used them for many years. Had to finally get an entirely new HVAC system, and while I’m just happy to be cool again, this company has been nothing but a pleasure to work with over the years! For clarity, the original unit installed by them lasted 6+ years beyond any expected lifetime. They use a great vendor as well.

I was told I needed a new furnace by a company that had been servicing my HVAC system for years. When I had asked what was wrong with it, was told "It's old." A dear friend recommended Overland Park Heating & Cooling for a second opinion. They are FABULOUS. Dan checked out my furnace and took extra time to explain what he was looking for and showing me on my furnace. Said it was in good shape but the humidifier wasn't working. He was able to fix the problem quickly. I have definitely found a new company to service my HVAC. I highly recommend. Reasonable pricing and superior customer service!

My A/C went out in the middle of the night during a week of 100+ degree days. I found OP Heating & Cooling online at 1am, booked an appointment between 8am and 10am for the next day, and Derek arrived at my house at 8:05am. He was very thorough, taking a couple hours to see if there was anything he could do to get my house to cool down again. My 18+ year old system was dead.

Derek took lots of photos to send back to his office for an accurate quote and to confirm they had all the parts needed to install my new system. I received a detailed quote by email very quickly after he left.

Derek and his dad Doug arrived at my house first thing the next morning. They did a great job with the installation. We are thrilled with our new HVAC. We feel that we got a great product, quality workmanship, and a good value.

Dan came back to service our heater and humidifier and did a great job, as always. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure our equipment was in good shape. We highly recommend this company due to their wonderful people and excellent products.

Derek is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions during our winter maintenance checkup. He thoroughly looked over the entire heating unit, humidifier including steam canister and the thermostat to proactively detect any possible issues. Derek is a superb communicator & quite skilled at what he does! He's an excellent representative of your company. I just wish I could figure Lennox system out to display my outside temp. I've tried several times using the manual. He gave me the number of technical support & I guess that's my next step.

Responded quickly when air conditioning went out on a weekend and the temp was near 95°. An insurance claim was involved and they worked with the adjuster. From the person answering the phone to the technician, they went above and beyond throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way.

Very professional and responsive, providing expert service, and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained, so I knew what a reasonable repair option was. He fixed the exhaust piping and cleaned the HVAC system.
