Kyle was very thorough and made sure the thermostat he replaced worked before he left. He and his partner did an excellent job of servicing our furnace, replacing the filter, and replacing the thermostat. We highly recommend them and their team.

Great customer service. Dan took the time to explain to me the duct system and how to shut down certain sections which will increase air flow in other sections of the house. Dan let us know when he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. He did a great job on the furnace maintenance, gave us good advice on its state and care, and took extra time to educate us on how to use it and our whole ventilation system most efficiently. When he casually asked if we wanted to sign up for the spring AC maintenance bundle, saying yes was a no-brainer.

Great work by Dan. Showed me what he was inspecting and brought to my attention what an issue would be had he found it. Dan even pointed out certain items in the system that are normally repaired over time and what to hear for should it go down. His thoroughness of his inspection of the system and professional side bar of explaining the lifetime of the unit prepared me for future repairs if not replacements. Overall, I enjoy Dan and the company's honesty.

As always, OPHC did a great job with the service of my system. Dan arrived early and finished the job quickly yet efficiently. He also took time to answer questions and provide tips on how to make sure our home is being heated properly.
