I had some questions and concerns with my furnace Eric was extremely helpful with giving me answers. Very professional. Great consultation excellent work. Only guy that I call when it comes to my HVAC system.

Friendly, honest, and good at what he does. He could've sold me a whole new furnace, but did some deeper digging and ended up finding a bad part, which was WAY less expensive. Great guy, will happily use again.

Davis HVAC is simply phenomenal to work with. Eric the owner has become a trusted expert I lean on heavily for HVAC needs. I am a Realtor in MO and KS, so his services are always needed, and I trust his expertise for any of my clients. My A/C unit did not work when spring time warm weather hit. Kenny was recommended by my boss so I made an appointment. After some thorough diagnosis they pinpointed the issue to my compressor and due to the age of the unit recommended replacement. I agreed and Kenny let me know he would work up 3 options and get back with me.

I picked an option and set an appointment. Kenny called to confirm the day before to make sure something didnt come up. They were very punctual, got along great with my two dogs. And even took all the precautions necessary to protect our home from the dirt and debris of major work.

After the job was done you can tell that they take pride in there work. The quality of install is one of the best I have seen. It exceeded my expectations and am beyond happy with how it turned out. My old unit was installed poorly, this caused lots of unnecessary noise everytime my A/C kicked on. His high quality of install has eliminated this problem and made the area in the basement no longer look like an eyesore!

The staff is quick to respond, friendly, & knowledgeable! Our AC unit quit after a power outage/restoration. They arrived early, performed detailed maintenance, replaced a couple of bad parts & it was back up & running. I highly recommend Kearns Heating & Cooling & will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs.

Called after hours and a real person answered. Came out for a possible repair and we ended up installing new AC and Furnace. Fair price. Outstanding service. On time, professional, organized, clean work, fast response on emails and phone. Great crew. They are the only ones I'll use for maintenance and installs in the future.

They are diligent in fixing the issue, show up in a very timely manner if not even the same day. Kenny just came out on a 100 degree day two hours after my AC went out and got me up and running.
