Amazingly, they didn't have to cut into the ceiling to remove dampers by taking additional time to figure out how to avoid doing so! I know this added a lot more time to the project but it sure saved me money by not having to hire a dry wall specialist!

I have never been disappointed with Kearns! My air conditioner stopped working today, and Carter was on site the same afternoon. So nice and efficient, explained everything that he was doing, cleaned up and tidied up the area after he was finished. I could not have been more satisfied!

We had Kearns HVAC come service our AC a couple years ago. They were extremely fair, transparent with pricing, and happy to answer any questions we had. We felt that they were very honest and worked quickly, which is obviously great when you don't have AC in the heat!

We use to use a BIG company for all of our HVAC needs but a few years ago a friend referred us to Kearns Heating & Cooling. They replaced the coil on our AC unit at that time and it’s still goin strong. Kenny and Gwen are great people to work with and their techs Chris & Frank came out today to fix our furnace that stopped heating a few days ago. They diagnosed the problem and made a trip to get the part and we are now up and running! Frank did a great job getting the furnace inspected and cleaned up…Chris also, pointed out an issue with our hot water heater that we were unaware of. Thanks guys👍🏻

Highly recommend Kearns. Very professional and a quick response time. Very knowledgeable and would definitely call them back out if I have any issues. Thought I needed a new system from another companies opinion and they told me that was not the case. Very trustworthy and honest.

It was time to replace my old system with a new AC unit so I called Summit. They got me an appointment right away, and the next day Victor came out and looked over my old one and gave me some options for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all of my questions. We set up an install date and they worked with my schedule to make it happen. They sent 3 technicians to get the old one removed and the new one installed all in one day! Mike, Dillon, and Nate were fantastic, professional, and efficient. They did a super job. I’m extremely pleased with the work, and the decision to call Summit. If you are needing any heating or cooling work done, call Summit, I highly recommend them!

Ryan and Matty put in a new furnace for me in an old house with a lot of issues. They did a great job fixing it up and leaving me way better off than it was before. Great guys that did great work.

Our 20 year old worn-out a/c breathed it’s last breath on Tuesday afternoon. I called the same Summit that rescued me a couple years ago on our upstairs unit and by that evening Mike had assessed and offered options including financing which was a breeze. We said go and by Thursday at 3, two gentlemen, Jesus and Yino had completed the replacement and explained options to pair the compressor properly to the slightly older furnace. That was especially helpful since the older furnace wasn’t new enough to take advantage of some of the features available with newer a/c units. But they made it work and did a very high quality job with installation. They didn’t leave until all my questions were answered and I fully understood how it would work different than my previous setup. I really appreciated their work and attention to every detail. 2 years now with Summit and they’ve easily earned 5 stars and my continuing business as they’ve performed equally well with the regular maintenance.

Back in September, I had Summit come out for a diagnostic quote and bid. They did the diagnostic test, which I paid for, and never gave me a bid. It's been 3 months of calls and texts with "we'll have the bid right over," and then nothing comes. Seems like they just want to collect the diagnostic fees and provide nothing further.

We've always been fortunate with Summit Heating and Cooling's technicians. Keith and Antonio were on time and professional. They did an excellent job providing maintenance of our heater and explaining its condition.

We have been using Summit for several years out of their NKC branch and have always been happy with their services. Our service techs today cam from their Overland Park branch and delivered the same great service that we have come to expect from the company. They were professional, courteous, called a bit before their arrival to let us know they were going to be a little bit early. They took the time to explain general maintenance we can complete on our own to keep our system running well throughout the year and installed a filter that we had on hand. They didn't pressure us to purchase anything that they recommended through the visit but did offer several things we could upgrade for just in case situations. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or full installs.

These guys were wonderful! We had a couple companies come out to give estimates and Summit was by far the best price for our budget. We lost our old central air unit on July 4th, which was a nightmare, and they came out within hours of my call and loaned us a portable unit to keep our bedroom cool so I could sleep again! They installed THE NEXT MORNING, and Michael H., Freeze & Camron were excellent! Our house has never been more efficient and cool!

I had a new AC unit and coil replaced. From the sale to the install, the Summit staff were great to work with. They answered any questions I had and kept me informed on what they were doing.
