Don went above and beyond what his job requires. We needed a part to fix our heating and cooling system and the part was ordered. Don gave us call to see how we were doing without any heat last night. After the call he didn’t wait for the part to be shipped, he made the phone calls found the part and installed it this morning. Nice and warm now. Don is a great employee and a credit to Lancaster Brothers.

Not only did we get great service with our furnace checkup, but also great information and wonderful amount of patience shown with our questions. Derrick took time to explain how the heat pump works, so we now understand more thoroughly the differences between setting the thermostat at emergency heat vs. just “heat”, and when to each. Thanks to regular maintenance check ups (over the past 15 years) from Lancaster Brother’s staff and the care shown again by Derrick today we feel very good about our system continuing to work well in the future!

I had a geothermal system installed last month. Quotes from 3 companies were obtained. Lancaster brothers wasn’t the cheapest but their bid made the most sense for my needs. Most importantly Terry S took time to explain every aspect of the system, benefits and install. They were even able to install the unit a couple of weeks sooner than planned. Every single crew member has been wonderful! They were all very respectful of my home, myself and my time. I would highly recommend them for all geothermal or HVAC needs.

Have never had an issue with Lancaster. All technicians are professional in the way they handle.their business. Jack has been to our property many times and we have grown very comfortable wirh him, and all of the Lancaster techs, in our house. We would highly recommend Lancaster.

Jack serviced my AC on a SUNDAY after working on calls since 8:00 AM (Sunday). He got to my house at 5:45 pm. God Bless this man. AC seems to be running great. He was friendly, courteous, patient, and PROFESSIONAL. Give this outstanding young man a RAISE. House was 85 Degrees and is now 72 Degrees 90 minutes later.

Came out immediately on the weekend. Took care of our issue in no time. Great service.

I had some AC issues and they were able to come out the same day I called. The office contact was transparent on her approach about trying to get someone here same day and kept me updated throughout the day. The technician, JD, was very professional and diligent in his process of identifying the issue. He looped me in when I had questions but also let me go about my work day while he was here. Another great experience with Lancaster Brothers! Highly recommend!

Don did a great job! Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand how to avoid problems in the future. We had a problem with our A/C and Lancaster Brothers had a technician to my house within about an hour or so. Very impressive!
