Don made an appt. to set up and educate us about the new thermostat. He explained how to manage it and set up the schedule we wanted. I think we are set.
He told us about the maintenance program and we purchased the premium plan.
We thought Don did an exceptional job.

2nd year in a row we have had Jack out on a service update call. We love him!
Always timely, good communicator in general and also around the work he’s doing for us. Represents the company very well.
We’ve had a great relationship w Lancaster and everyone at the company for more than 5 years. No question the client experience is head and shoulders over any competitor, and that is based on experience with others before we met the Lancaster team!

The service was fine however, they added an additional $70 trip fee in addition to the existing trip and diagnostic fee without telling me before coming out. This is a new fee and outrageous. I am moving on to a different service provider.

Joe was professional and quick. He even waited for me to get home from work, which was 37 minutes. He had called and said he was ahead of schedule. He could’ve gone to the next call and then come back. Instead he waited. Not to many technicians would do that. Says a lot about Lancaster Brothers. That is a big reason why we still use their services. Thank you all!

Craig, who came out to evaluate us for a system replacement, discovered a minor gas leak in our nearby water heater supply tubing that was due to an improper install. I am incredibly thankful to him. He saved our family potentially years of increasing negative health effects. None of the other techs who came to look at the system noticed it. He also offered a very competitive price for the systems that we were looking at.

Don did a good job with the diagnostics. I understood what he found and the communication was clear. I did have him, as recommended, deep clean two AC units for $370 ish. I don’t believe he spent more than 1 hour actually cleaning and there was no part replacement. Very expensive for 1 hour of work. He left a bunch of leaves in the base of the unit without cleaning them out which was surprising (see photos). We were disappointed with that work. Overall, a poor price/value and not confident they were properly cleaned.

I have used Chris for years and he always brings top notch service to our property management company and the properties he services.

I know Chris personally. He is honest & easy to work with. I trust his work & character without question.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the job.

I have called Aire Serv around noon on the very cold Sunday 01/15/2025. They scheduled me an electrician for 9 PM but he came on at 4:30 pm, fixed my heaters' problem and tell me what will be needed after. I much appreciate all of that! Thank you! As a note, Village View apartments where I live did not have a technician available until Tuesday.

Honest! They want to repair what you have first instead of upselling to a new system.

Chris was super prompt and polite and helped me by showing how I could save money. He never tried to upsell me took care of the problem instead of trying to sell me more than I needed. Great service

Highly recommend Chris with Aire Serve of Overland Park. When other companies said a unit needed replaced he was able to fix it. Really appreciate his honestly.

CHRIS is the owner, and he was here in 90 minutes, on a Sunday evening, when all the "big" outfits in KC areas are closed and "unavailable." He was knowledgeable, efficient and told me everything he did, and why. I highly endorse his business.

Chris was out with in two hours of us calling on a Sunday evening. He came out and was able to take care of us and get our heat running again (on the coldest day since 1989). Very reasonable costs, highly recommend.
