Amazing Service! Problem was solved - very informed technician. This is the second time we’ve had Jack as our tech - “We got our favorite guy!” My husband texted me! We didn’t even think to request him - we just lucked out! He is our go-to guy when we need help again!

Our winter maintenance program performed by Donald Cook was excellent. He was very informative and thorough. We learned more about our furnace than the manual offered. He will return this spring for a 6-month checkup. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Cook.

I’ve been a member over a decade, but now they’re wanting monthly fees. If you don’t sign up for monthly fees, there’s a very high service fee now. Service is wonderful and much appreciated. Just don’t like the new monthly fee.

Lancaster Brothers HVAC whole house installation and the back-up generator have been great! Their service team are knowledgable, prompt, and answer every question I've had so far. They were recommended by a neighbor and I would recommend them, too.

Had an issue with my furnace not kicking on - Ron came out and was the nicest guy ever. Took the time to explain things that didn’t even relate to my specific problem, to ensure my full understanding as well as knowledge for the future. Will absolutely recommend, especially Ron!
