Great experience… If you can have a great experience when your AC goes out in the middle of June in Kansas City. Woke up this morning to no AC on the second floor looked through next-door for neighborhood recommendations, came across Davis heating and air conditioning.. having good reviews I called him Saturday morning and he was able to come by later that afternoon. Eric diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement capacitor in his truck. all fixed and cooling down now.

Came home from work at 4pm to a thermostat at 74. I had left it at 72 and already knew I had a problem…. I went to Nextdoor and found Davis HVAC with stellar reviews. I called immediately and Eric was at my house by 630 pm. I cannot recommend Eric enough! Very communicative figured out the issue within minutes and replaced the needed parts immediately. A/C was cooling down within an hour. Very fair on pricing as well

Found Davis Heating AC & Home on Next Door, where they came highly recommended. Messaged them through Nextdoor app at 6:13am - fully not expecting a reply until 8am as I figured that was normal business hours. They replied at 7am. They were at my mom's house at 9am, finished and had her furnace working at 9:45am. Eric was extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again!!

I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received. Eric and his wife were transparent with their schedule, and were able provide service within 90 minutes of contacting them. Eric gave great explanation to the service provided, and provided quick, inexpensive resolution.

First time trying out Davis. We have a new house with an old AC unit, so we had no history on it or why it wasn't blowing cold air. Eric came out the same day and diagnosed the problem on the spot. Fixed it quickly for a very reasonable cost. Will use him again.

I highly recommend Eric. Absolutely 10/10. We came from a big box HVAC company, grandfathered in with our new home. That company had atrocious scheduling, awful prices, were never available and never prompt. Finding Eric was a breath of fresh air. He was at our home exactly when he said he would be, the day after we called. We asked for an AC inspection and a replacement quote. He suggested we weren’t in immediate need of replacement, but his quote on replacing it was so incredibly reasonable that we moved forward with it. He was incredibly thorough, amicable, prompt and kind. It was less than a week between initial phone call and finished installation, and our issue wasn’t terribly urgent.
I cannot recommend them enough. Companies like this are few and far between these days.

We had a great experience with Davis. They were responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had same day service to look at our AC unit that conked out on a hot, muggy day, and they provided us with both repair and replacement options. We went with replacement, and the new unit was quickly installed. Ah, blessed cool air!

Arrived early (after confirming it was okay). Diagnosed and fixed my AC within 15 minutes. I asked for a charge check, and he didn’t try to overcharge me for services I didn’t need. Fair pricing, easy to work with, and didn’t charge an emergency fee for being over the weekend.

Our HVAC was making a horrible sound and eventually quit running. One company quoted us $5K in repairs and $12K just for a half system replacement. I called Davis Heating & Air, Eric came out first thing the next morning and we simply needed the blower motor fan replaced for $450. Eric immediately fixed the fan, was very honest and extremely knowledgeable. This is how Heating & Air service should be!! We will only be using Davis for all our heat and air support moving forward.

I am so pleased with the service I received. The service was friendly and honest. Another company refused to work on the AC, stating the only option was a new AC at $10,000. I called around to get estimates. Several companies gave competitive bids, coming in between 6k to 8k. Davis was the lowest bid. An appointment was set for a new AC from Davis. However, it was determined by Davis that the AC was repairable for $400. Honesty. I thank them so much for their service. They have my business.
