We just had United Home Services come to our home. When I called about having this service, I specifically asked if there were hidden charges and was assured there were no extra fees. I was originally told it was $129, but then saw they advertised for $99. When I asked them about it they said it would be $129 and would cover suctioning all vents in our home. They came out and supposedly attached a vacuum to one supply air vent only. Then they told us it would be several hundred more to clean out the vents and include return air vents. This process that was done today did nothing except fill the house with dust. You can see loose hair and dust in all vents and nothing was removed. We were conned into paying $129 plus tax for unlimited vent cleaning and a deodorizer to make the air smell fresh. They did none of this and our house smells like a huge dust bowl! Very unhappy!! We live off social security and it was a sacrifice to give them $146 to push dust through our supply vents and fill our house with dust!!

A total scam for the $99, they preformed none of the services advertised. Manger still hasn’t called me back. A $100 hustler. Forget a call back or 100% guarantee.

The air duct repair team was extremely professional. They diagnosed an airflow issue that had been bothering us for months. After replacing a few damaged ducts, the entire house now feels evenly cooled. Highly recommend.

They did clean the chimney but the professional inspection was the technician pointing his cell phone up the chimney and taking a picture. Not what I expected for sure. I expected a borescope camera from a professional licensed technician. I think I was short changed for sure. I suggest a different company I will not use united home services again. BUT I would like to add after I called and questioned their job skills the company did sent the same person back to my house two days later and he did inspect the chimney with a bore scope. I just wonder how many people pay and never question, are services really being rendered as advertised?

Daniel M. came out and did a great job cleaning our fireplace and helping get our dryer vent cleaned. We believed our dryer vent escaped out a different way but Daniel was quick to find where it actually escaped. He did a great job to ensure it was fully clean before leaving!

I hired this company for a chimney sweep and inspection. Their tech was not very professional, did not use drop cloths, and got soot in my carpet. He diagnosed me with $2500 in needed repairs urging me not to ever use the fireplace until I do it. Good thing there are reputable companies out there to get second opinions from. I consulted with 2 other companies and had multiple AI engines analyze the pics for good measure. My “ Stage three creosote buildup” turned out to be barely stage one soot. And my “unsafe smoke box” turned out to be just fine. I do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if allowed.

Found Stratton through Angie's List. I use them for my home & my rental property. Working with them is always a good experience and their prices are highly competitive. Nice folks, highly skilled, highly responsive, good prices - what's not to like?
