I am very pleased with the tree work at my home. I had the dead wood in three trees removed. I feel 2nd Chance went beyond what was promised and did everything in a professional manner. I would recommend 2nd Chance to anyone.

We used 2nd Chance to trim up a monster tree in our yard! All the guys were friendly and courteous and did a great job dropping all the dead limbs without destroying our fence or shed. The tree looks great! The only reason this isn't a five star review is that they weren't always very communicative about when they arrived, were running behind schedule at their previous job, were finished, and going over what they did with the tree. That being said, I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again for any tree work we need done.

NEVER use this worthless company. He showed up to mow my lawn, mowed a 4 foot wide strip down my fence before telling me his mower wasnt working right and he would be back tomorrow morning to finish it. He then marked the job as completed so I got charged and then never came back and ignored every call I made to him for three days before I gave up. This company will take your money and then never even attempt to actually do the work. By far the worst experience ive ever had with any lawn care company

Ken is a great guy to work with, the shop is always kept clean. Strong systems in place to make the process simple for customers. I provide maintenance services to multiple properties who use New Frontier for their treatment plans. They are all beautiful.

I don't know how this company stays in business. They came to my home & serviced our yard without us signing up with them. They did call the night before & said they would be out but we thought it was our regular yard service people. We are very lucky that they did not burn our yard up since we have a company we have a contract with. Mistake do happen but they insist on still charging us. Don't use this company as they are very unethical & extremely rude!!!!

Last year when we set up our service, they tried to add on grub and tree treatment. We made it clear that we only wanted weed and feed. They only did weed and feed all summer last year. This year, on their second visit, they did a grub treatment. We called to request they write of this charge a it was made clear to them we wanted only weed and feed. They have refused to admit that this was their error and will not write off the charge for the grub treatment. I will not refer anyone to them for service as I feel this is a bait and switch establishment.

I've used New Frontier for many years. They keep my lawn healthy and lush. The guys are always professional and they keep me informed about the condition of my lawn. I've had them treat my trees when needed. Prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding.

Our lawn has been really horrible looking for the better part of 15 years. With just one season of periodic treatments by New Frontier, our lawn looks like its been well maintained for years!
