New customer and didn't really know what to expect but I knew I needed help with keeping my lawn healthy. I called to get information and I was expecting them to be quick to sale me a service but to my surprise they answered all my questions and even gave me advice. I called back to have them help me and sign up as a customer. Each person that's came over to my house has been very helpful and hard working to fix my lawn issues. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm glad to have TruGreen lawn care on my side.

The guys who came were friendly. However, I learned today (from the technician) that they are not allowed to spray the crabgrass coming up through my brick patio. That is disappointing.

Technician arrived as expected and performed the work efficiently. Jeffery spent valuable time answering our questions. I like the way True Green keeps you informed. Excellent work, thank you!

Two years in a row TruGreen Wichita has come and sprayed without our knowledge or consent. We were sent a bill and could not dispute the service or charges. When calling the local number, we were directly routed to India to speak to a "representative". The only recourse is to refuse to pay and then be referred to a collection's agency. This is an unscrupulous organization, which we will never use or recommend.

Specialists Brad and Richard both have excellent customer relationship skills and are knowledgeable of the work they are performing. Phone calls to the home office have also been handled in a very professional manner. Now we’ll just wait to see if my lawn looks better, but so far I’ve been very pleased.

Nathan was an excellent service tech , very knowledgable, friendly, and explained all aspects of the service call and application. He answered all questions and concerns in great detail ! Sales rep Sara the day before was correct in saying he would be very informative and knowledgable. However after 5 weeks and multiple efforts to contact I am getting the run around on getting someone out here ti retreat as weeds are flourishing again ! help !

Why the hell do you guys respond to the “good services” reviews you have provided but are completely ignoring the fact that you killed our grass!!! Nobody has showed up, it keeps getting postponed due to “weather” WHAT?? ITS NOT RAINING.

Steven J was very friendly. He came to me as soon as he saw me. Has a gentle face and warm personality. He attentively listened and answered my questions. Excellent serviceman.

Great communication with rep that serviced my lawn. He was knowledgable and addressed my concerns. Lawn is looking 100% better than last year with no service. Its worth every penny to not have to worry about weeds, and the grass looks phenomenal. Highly recommend if your trying to turn your lawn around, or turn that part of your lawn care over to a pro.

I contacted TruGreen right after moving into a new home. I went online and picked the services I wanted. I signed up and started the services. Prior to the first application, I get a call to sell me additional services. This was disappointing because they had not even been to the house to provide the services I contracted for. To say the least, the next 10 days were a marketing nightmare! I got calls morning, noon and evening trying to sell additional services. 10-15 calls. I even get a note on my door saying they had been to my house and found aphids on my tree. The tree was just planted 4 weeks prior, and I had not contracted them to treat my trees. I did not call the number back that was on the paper. Well, that didn't last. They called me that evening. I asked again to be placed on the "do not upsell" list and denied additional services. A couple days later, I get another call for more services. I told the gentlemen to please not call back. He hung up on me. The next day a female phoned to discuss more services. I told her the same thing. I was fed up at that point. I told her to cancel all of my services. I no longer want to deal with TruGreen. she said OK and 'click". I new they still were not cancelled and I was not on the do not call list. So, the next day I called them and cancelled all of my services. I was honest and told them their Marketing Strategy was way too aggressive and they were driving me crazy. She cancelled my services. Good riddens I thought. Fast forward another week. Yesterday I got 3 calls from them again wanting to sell more services. I told them the same thing again ! Now, today, about an hour ago, I get another call wanting to sell me winterizing stuff outside to treat cobwebs and insects. All of these calls and I don't even know how their service is. I never got a chance to use it. I dont know how to get rid of them. I told the guy today I cancelled all of my Tru Green services, and he did not know that. Obviously, nobody communicates internally and obviously I am still not on a do not call list. It is harassment at this point. I will never call them again. If they would put half the effort into providing the service I contracted instead of trying to sell me more it would be great. People have came unannounced at my house and inspected trees, shrubs, insects, etc. I didn't even know they came. All in an effort to sell me more stuff when they haven't even done what contracted them to do. NEVER call them. NEVER use them. NEVER give them your cell number. I have nothing negative to say about their service because I cancelled it. But, without question, their marketing approach to upsell is severely flawed. I would love to meet the genius who makes these people in a call center call customers who have not received any services to upsell them for more services. That is a horrible way to treat new customers and that is why I am no longer a TruGreen customer.

It's hard to give a complete rating for our service when we only see the person doing the apication for a few seconds when they arrive. I'm sure he did a good job, but all I can really vouch for is his greeting and description of what he's going to do.

So disappointed in True Green and Chad the sales rep. Called on a Friday for army worm treatment, NEVER showed up but said they did and front yard looks terrible now . I was home the date I was told they came, never saw anyone, and have cameras to prove no treatment . Now Chad doesn’t answer calls or return messages. Can’t even get a refund. TERRIBLE.

I wanted to have perfect yard, brand new sod and just maintain it so it stays that way. They said they would see it through. The results for money were not that impressive. I have many weeds in my yard that I pick every time I mow. They reapply to try to control it without any noticable results. I am In a brand new neighborhood. My neighbors with no treatments looked just like my yard but they weren't out the 700 dollars like me. Didn't work out. That I can deal with.

But the reason for the one star review today is, they will call to sell you everything under the sun, repeatedly, multiple times a week from random numbers and their own. Hence why I am writing this review. They will never leave you alone after you cancel either which is where I am now. Trugreen called me again today after repeatedly asking to leave me alone for months. I would tell anybody to avoid this company and go with somebody local or do it yourself. They are too big. I am confident now they are either selling off my phone number and or abusing it internally to my repeated annoyance. Pest control seems to be the favorite pitch, one that I have kindly shut down for the very last time. Trugreen, you suck for exploiting my information and refusing to cease the marketing calls no matter how many times I asked nicely. 0 out of 5 stars. I would never recommend.

Thanks for coming today for the work that you did. Hopefully the seeding will take hold and help the lawn be green.

Ceasar did a great job with with putting the fertilizer on the yard.

Zach did a very thorough job applying the insect and disease treatment this morning. Very nice young gentleman.provided me with some insight on why we are seeing bagworms in our River Birch and Green Ash trees.

Note on door re special for lawn service, called them. 1st svc $29. I agreed. 2nd svc, can't recall exactly but no more than $60. We're retired, don't need to spend extras. I told the man TWO VISITS ONLY. He agreed. They sent many emails, (thanks,, what they do, asking comments, etc) I was busy, didn't read all. When I saw 2nd chg for $198, I dug deeper, saw email w/'agreement' which ignored conversation, was written up for almost $800!!!--& for EIGHT visits! I complained to them & Consumer Div Dist Atty, rec'd half refund. Then I printed out agreement to send to DA, reviewed more closely, saw THEY HAD CHECKED THE 'YES' BOX AS IF I DID!!!--AND 'SIGNED' IT DIGITALLY AS IF I DID! Don't trust these people! I'm asking for full refund now. P.S. Husband said 2 lawn visits did no good.

We used them for fertilizer one time for a fixed rate and they charged me a different price. I canceled their service and have proceeded to get called repeatedly even after telling them to delete my account.

This buisness is shady, dishonest, and boarders on stalkers. I would never use them again and suggest noone else does.

Today was Awsom I want the same guy today to do all my services very very pleased with him, very pleasant and well informed on my yard. Set him up on all my visited, he signed up my neighbors we will all ask for him each time. Thank u very pleased and I will be recommending you guys to friends …
