Today, we had our annual service for both plumbing and A/C. Mark has taken care of our plumbing needs for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He can always answer my questions and will make suggestions to keep our systems running efficiently. Mark is also very personable. Ryan inspected our A/C and did annual maintenance. He was very thorough. Ryan also has a great personality. I also have to mention how great it is to work with Debbie in the office. Comfort Systems stands out in the customer service arena.

Brent from Comfort Systems serviced my two Lennox heat pumps for summer readiness. He did an excellent job of cleaning both units, replacing dirty filters and syncing the units to the thermostat unit. I heartily recommend Comfort Systems for all of your heating and cooling needs.

High praise for Comfort Systems! My 30-year-old HVAC system died on one of the hottest days of the summer. Jason Ruboyianes came out fast to give us a bid and explained our financing options. When it was time to install the system, technicians Shawn and Zach arrived on time and from there, the day just went UP. These hard-working techs exemplified professionalism and kindness. My husband even approved of their workmanship and he's very difficult to please.Thanks to Chad, Jason, Shawn, and Zach for making this whole experience much easier than I ever thought it would be.

I had the plumbing team come out to look at my outdoor faucet. Said it was a loose screw? Next day it did it again. I asked if they were going to charge the diagnostic fee again from the day before and they said no we’ll just charge cost. Well cost was $300 dollars plus the diagnostic fee of $110 dollars the day before, total being $410. Looking at the receipt they just put in whatever they want. They lied and charged me $400 for a water outlet that was suppose to be $300 according to the tech the day before. So whatever they say is not true they will get their full amount no matter how they try to sugar coat it. I’ve been using them for over 12 years and to treat an existing customer this way is highway robbery. Will never use again.

Our AC went out late on a Thursday July 2025. Called Comfort systems on Friday & they came out that afternoon & had us up & running in about 30 minutes. Brent was our technician & I can't say enough about how professional, friendly & knowledgeable he was. 5* rating to Brent & Comfort Systems. Because of their prompt service & professionalism I signed up for their maintenance service plan which is really reasonable.

If your looking for a professional trustworthy company, you just found it.

Jose came out over the weekend and was able to fix the heating unit quickly. He returned during the week with a new console, that repair was also done quickly. He was very kind and respectful. 100% recommend!

We had American Services (though Lowes), come and install our electric water heater. Patrick Athey was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had our water heater installed perfectly in no time! Aggie even did a follow up call to make sure we were happy! We highly recommend this company and will definitely request them for any future installations! Thank You!

Today was the third time that I've used American Services. The first two times were for HVAC issues/maintenance, but today was for a plumbing issue. Each time I called American Services, they were professional and treated me as though they valued my time. The workers who arrived at my house were friendly and also professional. In all three instances, the work was completed quickly and for a relatively reasonable price. I hesitated going with an unknown (to me) company, but I'm happy to say that the reviews don't lie. I will happily recommend American Services to anyone who asks.

I could not have been happier! We had our tankless hot water heater go out in the most magnificent fashion on the coldest day of the year. He responded to our after-hours call promptly and arrived earlier than promised. He got the job done and everyone involved was professional and friendly. Once again Ramon Rodriguez from American Services diagnosed and suggested a solution for our furnace issues. He responded quickly and was knowledgeable and extremely professional! He had the appropriate tools for the job. We will be using Roman again in the future. We have been very impressed with American Services!

Update on a personal level. This team came to our home after our Carbon Monoxide alarm went off. Upgraded our system at home to a new system and we are all sleeping comfortably now with such a huge improvement to our heat and air.

Great customer service and my heater is working great now.

I had Patrick check a valve behind my refrigerator. He was honest and said it just needed tightening. I will definitely use American Services again.

Patrick was great repairing our hot water heater and Ramon was great getting our AC ready for summer. Both very professional and courteous.

First experience with HVAC service at American. Ben was our technician and was excellent. Likely the most thorough tech I've ever had. I looked over his shoulder and asked a lot of questions. He didn't mind and wss very informative. I highly recommend Ben and American Services. Will continue to use them for all their services.

Yesterday in Wichita was a record breaking temperature. We came home at 9 in the evening to find our home was over 80 degrees. When checking outside the compressor was not running. We started searching online for 24 hour ac repair. We called company after company with no answer. The few that did pick up said there was no way they could get out until sometime on Monday. American answered the phone immediately by the tech on call. He agreed to come and check it out. He arrived at midnight and quickly had our ac repaired. He was professional and knowledgeable. The service call was a little more expensive for the 24 hour service. Worth every penny and much cheaper than 2 nights in a hotel. We will use American Services for all our heating and cooling needs!

I have found the most wonderful plumbing and hvac company in Wichita! I had an emergency and they came out within an hour and fixed the problem quickly. Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!

Water heater went bad overnight, called American Service, they came within 2 hours of call and Doug replaced the water heater on the spot. Customer service and Doug were knowledgeable and had fantastic service/communication. Doug followed up with phone call explaining what he did as I was not present during replacement. Highly recommend, keep up great service AS!

Doug and his crew are knowledgeable and honest. I am amazed how well my heating and air system have improved. I highly recommend this company. If you are using any other hvac company than you have made a mistake.
