Hot water heater gave up. American Serrvices sent Patrick A. to sell and install a replacement. Price was fair, and Installation took about 90 min.I am greatful with the service and professionalism.

I had an amazing experience with American Services. I originally called another company and after two cancelled install appointments, weeks of not responding or following up, and three weeks of no heat, I called American Services at the recommendation of a friend! They made contact with me on day one, I accepted the bid on day two and on day three they installed! I got a great price for the unit and they offered me a military discount. I cannot say enough good things about them! I highly recommend!

American Services dispatched technician Ramon to my home to repair my furnace. Ramon has been to my home on prior service calls. As always, he is courteous, respectful, and easy to discuss the problem with the unit. He gets right to work and diagnoses the problem and gets it repaired. He also makes sure that I understand what the problem is and how he corrected it and possibly how to avoid that same problem in the future. I would definitely recommend American Services and their technician, Ramon. Thanks for the quality work.

I called American Services on Tuesday 12/10/24 to schedule plumbing services to have 2 faucets replaced. They sent out Patrick the Next Day...mind you this was not an emergency so I was thrilled for such quick service! Patrick did a FANTASTIC job. Had an issue with our heater. The dispatcher and the man who came to service our unit (Ramone I think) were both super friendly. All he needed to do was flip a switch for us but he also made sure to explain everything to us, show us where the switch was if it happened again, checked over the unit entirely and replaced our filters for free. What a great guy!

I have worked with American Services many times and happily refer them to friends and family. They do great work. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You can’t go wrong using them for your plumbing and hvac needs.

The technician was very prompt and did an excellent job. Cleaned up afterwords and was very quick. I would highly recommend them.

When our 18-year-old AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, Josh Markelionis with American came out to diagnose it. He spent hours and tried a bunch of different things to get it repaired but the system was kaput.. They were able to get a new system delivered the next day, and despite literal torrential downpours Josh came back to install it. They worked all day and Josh was there past 8 PM to get it running just so we could sleep with air conditioning that night, and then came back again early the next day to install the furnace. Everything was installed and closed up very cleanly and the new system works great. We’ve used American before for service calls on the old system and even after hours they’re prompt and very reasonable.

I was looking to have a Cedar deck built in my backyard, I was recommended by a friend that Tony Hereington at American Services, he was the the best at what I needed. I contacted him and he quickly responded and came out to my house to give me a quote and we were able to get started the next day.

I was able to hand him a layout of a deck I found online and he was able to customize the plans and get it exactly the way I wanted it. My wife and I have never been happier being able to enjoy our new deck, it's built correctly and professionally.

I've never seen them check any of the safety devices on the furnace. Last time they were here it was just a fuse that vibrated out. I kept telling him to turn the AC on but he screwed around showing some kid. Didn't clear the filters, said the condenser was dirty, but about 6 weeks before another person did the spring check up. How come he didn't clean it? He said the AC compressor was cycling on the internal overloads and was basically dead. That was in May, it's the end of August and it's still working just fine.. He wasn't smart enough to know that the condenser had a time delay before starting again. They wanted an OLD MAN to think it was going to die and for $3200 sell me a new condenser

I noticed my line was frozen up on my line outside unit. So I called American Services and I was able to get Benjamin out to my house within an hour! He did a great job assessing the situation and found a leak in the A coil! Great service and communication I would highly recommend American Services !
