Were I work they came and kept telling me it was the compressor is bad and it actually was just to sell a new system I got a tech from sol tech and they knew right away what the problem was and alot cheaper not to bad mouth the company it's the techs they have they're moral compass is off

Worst experience was charged for something that i wasnt supposed to. Guy did not do it right and now my westar bill is sky rocketing! Tried to explain to them and they did not want to fix it! Connie and sherry are very rude!

Tech Freddie did a great job fixed it fast and worked hard to get it back up and running very thankful to have good techs like him out in the field you can tell he's motivated and ready for more
