Just had Jack and Peyton to fix our heater. They both went above and beyond for us in fixing everything. The kept me in constant communication and we're open about all questions that I had. We have heat! Mission Accomplised!

Fahnenstock installed a new geothermal system for me in my house. Since then it has occasionally needed service and the techs they have sent out have all been great. They explain what’s going on with the system, and give me tips to keep it running better. Recently, Dylan came out late on a Friday during a heat wave and got my system up and running to keep us cool. Good company and good people!

Had an issue with my furnace outside normal hours, had a fast response with the after hours line! Great service, explanation of the issue and getting the system back online! Thank you!

Jack came out and did a diagnostic on my house for a water leak he did a great job he's a great guy and fahnestocks really good company to work with and I appreciate everything they've done

I did get a call after posting this review. The person that put in the filter that was half the size of what it should be no longer works there. Was offered a free year maintenance plan, which I turned down. Use this as you will.

Had a maintenance plan set up with them until I went to change the filter in my HVAC system and found out they just placed a small filter in there. Not even close to the correct size. Then we sent a maintenance emergency for a plumbing leak into our basement bathroom on a Sunday. It was leaking from above into the basement ceiling (thanks to another company) Was contacted by email on Monday morning, they don’t do emergency plumbing only HVAC. You should probably tell someone that. Luckily I contacted another company that drove an hour to help me on Sunday. I would look elsewhere or check their work before giving them a quality review.

Renewed annual plan. Tech was very competent, explaining things about our system that I didn't understand, very courteous, and punctual. Was able to schedule appointment quickly and tech showed up as scheduled. Great service!

Jack was really good at explaining the problem throughly and fixing the issue quickly. We even signed up for their maintenance program. Highly recommended!

I have 5 properties and have used Fahnestock for years. Their maintenance plan works well for me. And if I have Hvec issues I always ask for Michael as he is very knowledgeable and thorough and I know he will do a great job. Thank you

Jack was absolutely wonderful. Did a great job on my mini split - even without the tools he hoped to have. .A very through job and I plan to have him out to work on it each year! He worked longer than expected but did the job right! Definitely calling your company from now on. I am calling to schedule earlier next year too. Worth every penny! He told me how to care for it better than the man who installed it! (from another company).

Michael came out to do our 11 month check up, and since we purchased the bronze plan, he serviced our furnace and scheduled our AC cleaning as well. He was very nice and thorough, answering all of our questions and more. Very pleased we chose Fahnestock for our HVAC needs.

Was able to get a scheduled appointment for the next day but they were able to get to us the same day. Service technician did a great job getting our system working.

We are very pleased with our service from Fahnstock ,they sent Jack to our house to replace the motor in our heater.He was very professional,he explained everything that he had to do.We would definitely ask for him in the future.

Casey was quick to respond when I reached out about installing a new A/C system and was friendly and knowledgeable in what was best for our home. He checked in a few times to see if we have questions on our options provided and made sure we had taken initial steps to ensure our home was ready for a new system (we had the wrong amp in our breaker box). We didn’t even get other quotes because we knew we had found the right company to work with.

Fast forward about 3 weeks after he first gave us the quote/acceptance (time for supplies to come in / get on the schedule), the install crew was just here 2 days ago to complete the job. The two guys showed up on time, wonderfully friendly, didn’t mind our barking fur babies, worked in the rain a bit and helped to make sure we knew everything about our new system, and even installed and setup our new smart thermostat. They even lined our floors and stairs with drop cloths to make easy cleanup for them, and worry free for me. I can’t recommend enough - I work from home so I’m always a bit leery with how it will go having an install crew / repairman here with me, can’t be too careful. But these guys (wish I had their names) were so wonderful and made it a stress free and quick to get our new HVAC system ready before the Kansas heat gets here! Our house is now cool, more energy efficient, and has the right size system for our square footage!

We loved working with Jerry! Even though we called at the end of a business day, he still came out that same day AND did not rush the appointment. He gave us the same time and commitment as everyone else that day. Jerry was knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and caring.
