I called customer service this morning (12-29-25) thinking I still had the Gold membership. But unfortunately Libbie the customer service representative was kind of made me feel as if I could not afford the Gold membership. She was real snippy and short with me when I was taking to her. I am always on point when it comes to anything in my house. Especially my HVAC, because we have an old house and the person we bought it from just put a band aide on things. Anyways I’m usually impressed with all of the work they do including talking to customer service. Unfortunately, today was not the day that they had a very nice lady. I had my oldest son go and look at the paper on the HVAC at the sign every time they come out and see me. The last time that they came out and seen me was April 3 of 2024. Libby told me that they saw me this year which was incorrect and so now my husband and I were going back-and-forth arguing about who is correct so Libby gave us the wrong information because the last service that we had was April 3 of 2024 when they checked my HVAC in the spring for the summer because I know the cycle that it goes when they check it in the spring for the summer that’s when they’re supposed to ask you do you want to renew your membership and set up the next appointment in October and because they do not ask my husband if he wanted to renew the membership and to set up the next appointment in October, there was a disconnect so our last technician screwed us so we’re without heat on this very cold day in December. The temperature in my house keeps falling, and I have to wait until afternoon for hopefully someone to come to my house and check it out. And hopefully nothing horrible is wrong with my heater. All because the technician last year didn’t do his job because he was too busy talking to my husband. So make sure if you do get the membership you don’t let the membership ladies when you call them, disrespect you and put You down as if you don’t have money to pay for it and you make sure that you get your HVAC taken care of so you’re not sitting in a cold house waiting for a technician to come out to your house because you have a rude customer service representative lady named Libby. They make you want to find somebody else to come out and deal with your heater.

Update :

On this same day that I had my issues I received a call from Dustin the Manager of fahnstock. He apologized for my inconvenience. I also had an awesome technician Brett come out to my house and help me out with my Situation. When you have managers like Dustin and technicians like Brett I highly recommend going to them. Because if you have an issue you can always feel confident if Will get resolved. Thank you, Brett for taking care of my heater and thank you Dustin for calling me today to help me with my issue

Dylan was polite and professional. I am always curious about how things work and he explained at each step what he was doing and why. Got it system running perfectly.

Jack was awesome! Spent over 2 hours troubleshooting our tankless water heater including an hour on the phone with the manufacturer (which he didn’t charge for) and determined the problem. He then followed up with them to determine that the required replacement part was under warranty before he left. Super helpful and professional!

Dylan quickly diagnosed and solved the issue with our geothermal unit. He was thorough and got our system back in working order. He took detailed notes about this issue for future reference.

Luis and David did an absolute amazing job! They arrived on time, came in and explained what they were going to be working on and got right to it! They were efficient, professional and very polite! I definitely recommend this team if you’re needing electrical repairs/work in your home.

Jack, Brakken, and Payton came out and completed a full days work to fix a leak, replace plumbing and clean all my HVAC units (3 total). They were professional and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them! Thanks!!

Luis and David were an absolute delight! They arrived punctually, introduced themselves, and promptly got to work. Their efficiency, professionalism, and politeness were evident throughout the entire process. They were incredibly caring and interacted with us in such a way that it made us feel like family. My kids were running around, but they were so cautious and understanding. They allowed us to stay in our home while they worked on our electric system, which most contractors try to keep us out of or restrict us to a single room. We also had our HVAC system done, and they were amazing at it as well. I highly recommend this team for any electrical repairs or work you may need done in your home.

Kenneth the installer was clean, punctual and explained in detail. I had new AC and Heat plus some duct work done. He even has maintenance contracts to keep it all tip top shape. Very thankful for that. Very happy customer!

Highly recommend! They were experienced, responsive, and fast. Spotted and fixed an outage caused by another company's recent mistake quickly and at little additional cost. Kevin is a master!

I called for an appointment for after work, and Bob had already checked my outdoor unit out when I arrived. It was 104 outside! After explaining the problem, he cleaned up four filthy, clogged vents indoors and out, and changed the air filter. He explained everything! He was prompt, kind, honest, and the cost was so reasonable. What a huge relief!

I highly recommend Mike's & Sappio's! I had a complete heating and air system installed yesterday 8/31/22 and couldn't be happier! Bob had fixed my heater in February 2022. I knew at that time that I felt really good about him being trustworthy and dependable. So when it was time
to get a new heating and air system, I went with Mike's & Sappio's and they did not disappoint! Very happy with the service!

Our house was built in 1992 and AC was becoming more and more inefficient as well as furnace. We had several bids before going with Mike & Sappio. Their company bid far more reasonable than any other one. All others suggested furnace upgrades we did not need. They wanted to upgrade our AC to a higher tonage which is not good depending on the square footage of your home. Mike & Sappio pointed out several issues with a return exchange being on the basement floor trapping a lot of our cold air downstairs as well as diverting our sump pump drain to not shoot dirty water directly into our brand new AC Unit. They caught issues neither other company mentioned and made additional suggestions such as insulating our garage attic for our own information to further our homes efficiency. Their warranty was unsurpassed. Amoung other things a Lifetime Warranty on the heat exchange on our gas furnace and five YEARS labor. They were able to schedule our install the following week and were very conscious of our home. They used rugs on the carpets to protect them and cleaned up any mess they made. They were friendly and professional and made sure to answer all questions we had. The job was completed in ab 8 hrs which impressed me. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and was referred to them myself by a friend who also replaced a full system last summer. In 20 years of home ownership and multiple homes at that I felt they were upfront and honest. They in no way tried to scam me or sell me unnecessary upgrades and I did most of the business bc my husband worked prior to install day. Very happy with them and am pleased to find a regular HVAC company I do not have to pull teeth to work with. Don't hesitate to call them. Family owned company with 50 yrs in business.

Update 7/6/25: we have enjoyed above and beyond service from Kevin. He is extremely knowledgeable and has caught several issues with our system as they have arose over the years. He is extremely patient with us, explains everything in layman’s terms and makes sure you understand what is going on and your options going forward. He’s an excellent and trustworthy employee with a friendly personality. I feel confident in his advice and ability and it’s reassuring dealing with him. Absolutely 💯 will still recommend Mike and Sappio’s, and our technician Kevin!

Kevin , and Bob did real great job .. they are very mellow and know what to do .. I do not have to say more. All I can says that I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company . Very reasonable prices . Appreciate them !

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Mike & Sappio’s went above and beyond for us. A storm broke our air conditioner during a holiday weekend when we were about to go out of town and we have pets. I called many places and Mike and Sappio’s was the only ones who delivered. They answered with kindness and had a technician, Kevin out within a few hours and fixed same day. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will forever go with them if we ever need anything in the future. They rocked it!!
